EPILATOR vs WAXING

Medyo nahihirapan ako mag epilator sa UA. Hindi ko ma-stretch yung skin para totally makuha ang hair.

Sis, yung problem is ayaw mahuli ng tweezer yung hair dahil parang nakahiga. or hindi mabunot dahil naglalaban yung epilator at yung stretchy skin?

ako i use emjoi epilator..5 years na ata ito sa akin..3k bili ko sa rustans and up to now sulit na sulit talaga.. i used to go to the salon for waxing ng ua and legs once or 2x a month depende pag may occasion so naisip ko na in the long run mas makakatipid pa rin ako pag bumili ako ng epilator. it does lessen yung chicken skin plus yung tubo ng hair mas manipis na and mas matagal. my emjoi has pain reduction eklavu pero pag sa upper lip ko ginagamit masakit pa rin..mas manipis kasi skin natin sa face. trial and error talaga sa una kung pano ipo position yung epilator para mabunot talaga yung hair from the root para walang ingrown hair or hindi maputol and as some have already said 90 degree angle tapos follow the direction of hair growth and not against it..ang ritual ko ginagaya ko lang din pag nag wa wax, prior to epilating i apply powder para tumayo yung balahibo tapos after i apply baby oil.

Hi ladies, Question lang. Kasi we just bought the Philips Satinelle Epilator, yung 2k lang. Kaso super excited namin, didn't read the directions, haha so parang nagka shaving rash yung armpit nung sister ko. tapos 1 day daw siyang mahapdi, tapos nung gumaling na, naging dark na yung underarms niya and naging scaly. yung akin naman yung right armpit ko lang yung nagkaron ng ganun, but a small portion lang. nagyon maitim siya. waah. parang gasgas na gumagaling. anyone experienced this? will the darkness go away? kaya pa naman kami gumamit kasi nakakapasmooth and lighten daw ng pits haha

never ever shave your pits na mahaba ang hair. ugh. sister ko kasi tagal hindi nagpawax she was growing it out para sulit raw sa wax, i never thought to trim the hair first. sheesh. FAIL.

Usually, short palang yung hair kapag nag-eepilate kasi mahirap linisin afterwards. Pero kapag tamad ako, medyo mahaba na yung hair - dapat pinawax pero tinatamad, okay naman siya sa skin ko. Kelangan lang na exfoliated siya before and after para walang mga bumps.

Baka na-irita yung right side mo sis. Usually, sa experience ko, hindi nawawala yung darkness unless may ginawa kasi prone to friction yung area.

epilady, kasi kahit super stretch na yung arms ko, hindi pa din makuha ng epilator lahat kahit na iba't ibang strokes. I end up using tweezers doon sa few hairs na hindi makuha. Siguro around 90% naman nakukuha.

Short pa lang ang hair, nag eepilator na ako.

ako din, maikli mga .5 cm or maigsi pa minsan don kapag nag epilate ako kasi ginagamit ko lang kapag kailangan na magtanggal nang buhok at maigsi pa para i-wax.

may mga hair yata talaga na ayaw magpatanggal. haha. but between waxing and epilation, mas convenient talaga epilators ano.

yes, mas convenient ang epilator though mas effective for me ang waxing. mas matagal sia tumubo for me and nakaka exfoliate pa.

hi! i bought wizzit epilator sa 168 few months ago. got it for 180 lang with free manicure kit, tweezor ect. at first masakit kasi i used to shave so makapal na tubo. but now manipis na sya when growing kaya keri na. battery operated 2 aaa. mabilis lang maalis. ang saya nga eh! now i bought egyptian magic cream sa mercury drug. i saw good reviews nakaka whiten UA. OT na pala sorry!

I've been eyeing on investing for an Epilator. Parang mas magastos kasi ang Waxing and inconvenient kung busy sa school/work. May marerecommend ba kayong brand or kung saan magandang bumili? 


Also, does it help kung may chicken skin ang UA ko? and do you also use it sa arms ang legs niyo? Never ko pa kasi natry mag-shave ng hair sa legs and arms (although may pag ka balbon ako)

Go get something na rechargeable, it's a lot more convenient that way.
