ive been waxing for 3 years already. and I HATE that time in between waxing when you have to wait for the hair to grow at least 3cm.  dyahe talaga.

true, okay ang epilator kasi hindi mo na kailangan maghintay na humaba talaga yung buhok. basta sure na palaging medyo bagoo ang bat or bagng charge para mabilis ang ikot at mabilis din magpull ng buhok.

dati ni-plano ko rechargeable bilhin...di nga lang kaya ng budget ko. buti naman 1600 lang halos bili ko sa emjoi classic at hanggang ngayn maayos pa. magastos lang sa battery.

tip mga sis.. Once i bought this Veet pre-epilating spray, You just spray it on like 10 mins before you epilate and it gives you a sort of icy feel that numbs your skin.. So its not that painful.. I got it from duty free phils.. for a few $ lang..Sana i bought more..

I have been using it for 2 years na.  As in sulit sya.  HIndi ka na punta sa salons for wax.  Tapos hindi mo na rin need mag wait ng weeks or days para mag grow lahat ng hair mo. 

Alam mo mas mura na sya.  Before bayad ko 120 dollars ata.  I think now you can buy it for 70 bucks.  US dollars po ha.

i have braun epilator.. pero when i use it parang hindi pa rin natatanggal from the root yung hair? or am i using it wrong?

the good thing about epilating is that hindi kailangan pahabain masyado yung hair to remove it unlike waxing na it requires a certain length para lang kumapit yung hair. it's much more convenient, but i still prefer the result of waxing compared to epilating. =/ plus, you can really save a lot if you buy an epilating device compared to the price you pay at waxing salons for every session.

if only afford magpalaser sa legs, matagal ko nang ginawa.

mga sis, ano dapat gawin before and after epilating to avoid chicken skin and yung "stubble" sa skin? that's always my problem after epilating.

I bought the Braun Silk-épil Xelle at Walmart when I was in the states. It cost more than $70 as I remembered. This is the one with the cord and sorry to say hindi sya multivolt. 110v lang talaga sya. From the reviews I got there on regarding epilators this is the best one so got it. Dahil nga siguro meron syang 40 tweezers.  Ayun sa reviews masakit nga daw ang epilator pero kung sanay ka naman sa plucking, okay naman sya. Mahirap nga makuha yung hairs sa curves ng UA mo. Di ko alam about sa experience nyo pero pag tumutubo ang hair ko ulit nakakatihan ako like pag nag shave ka. Most of the time I still pluck. I only use it for emergency. It comes with a shaving head as well pero di ko pa sya natry.
Triny ko din sya sa baba, ayun talagang masakit sya haha. Dumugo pa nga yung ibang pores. I guess dun ko sana ginamit yung shaving head nya.

Try using it on a 90 degree angle.. I heard it helps

i lalalaloooove my smooth legs and arms from epilating. what i usually do is
exofoliate in the shower
use pre epilating wipes
epilate then apply aloe lotion
tapos sunblock. so smooth 

what do you use for exfoliating?
I've read that its a must to use pre epilating lotion, if its not available locally, what do you guys use?

I'm new to this. i havn't shaved/waxed my leg hairs. and i plan to do waxing ASAP! 
  Will have to invest first before i buy epilator

Where to have my leg waxed?  Which salon? I have no idea kasi.  Can i wear jean when i do leg waxing?

Anyways i use apricot scrub? Facial wash pero yun na ginagamit ko kahit saan. I epilate after bath, if i am not mistaken yun yung time na open ang pores at mas madali makuha yung buhok? Then emu oil pagka epilate.

^^ it's not a must to use naman pre epilation lotions/gels/sprays. it's nice to have kasi it gives smoother finish plus the epilator just glides on well.

ako i use emjoi epilator..5 years na ata ito sa akin..3k bili ko sa rustans and up to now sulit na sulit talaga.. i used to go to the salon for waxing ng ua and legs once or 2x a month depende pag may occasion so naisip ko na in the long run mas makakatipid pa rin ako pag bumili ako ng epilator. it does lessen yung chicken skin plus yung tubo ng hair mas manipis na and mas matagal. my emjoi has pain reduction eklavu pero pag sa upper lip ko ginagamit masakit pa rin..mas manipis kasi skin natin sa face. trial and error talaga sa una kung pano ipo position yung epilator para mabunot talaga yung hair from the root para walang ingrown hair or hindi maputol and as some have already said 90 degree angle tapos follow the direction of hair growth and not against it..ang ritual ko ginagaya ko lang din pag nag wa wax, prior to epilating i apply powder para tumayo yung balahibo tapos after i apply baby oil.
