Bags for travelling?

Hi mga sis,

This is about the bags that you carry while walking around and not the luggage (trolley).

I've been lookingg for a bag easy to carry and can accomodate the necessities while walking around (i.e sunblock, cellphone, small notebook, wallet, etc).

Longchamp bags sis, the LH large ones then get a bag organizer

I prefer Pacsafe bags. Sling bag for me, small backpack naman kay hubby. Maski makipag-siksikan pa kami alam namin safe kami na hindi madudukutan.

Whether you go low or high end brand... while going about -- best to have a bag that frees both your hands, has interior and exterior pockets, and easy for you to access the interior thereof.   

Personally, I like Goyard/Gucci leather/LV hobos for my walking-about on trips.  The latter brand is best for places like Rome, Paris & Honbgkong where bag slashers are very active.   (So, do not even think of your Pradas/Longchamps)
The most useless travel bag is my Hermes Lindy.  Needs both hands to open the zippers.
If you prefer your open totes/hobos -- be sure to put a shawl or big scarf over your stuff in the bag to compensate for the lack of "security" or bag closures.

Pacsafe and Kipling for me. Pacsafe for its anti-theft features, Kipling for being lightweight and for having a lot of compartments. I also bring a dry sack/dry bag with me

I use my art deco medium longchamp which only which developed holes on the corners after 4months of use only.  Di pala sya pangharabas bag.

But lately, im using my Pacsafe Citysafe 200 frequently.  Other than the security features, I love the adjustable straps.  For plane rides and to free my hands, it becomes a bodybag.  But when I go straight to work, I shorten it and it becomes a hobo bag.  I got it in black.  Kasya pa ang IPAD2 and netbook.   Its really flexible.  =)

Definitely a sling bag! I have a trusty Longchamp that has a sling strap. And I always keep an extra eco/reusable bag all the time.
