Tanay in RIzal is also a good place for weekend getaways. I like the cool breeze there. It can be developed into the next Tagaytay.

yung palo alto (not sure if it's tanay or baras) ok din kasi may choice ka kung gusto mo sa swimming pool sa clubhouse or dun sa falls nila mag-swim. nagpunta lang kami recently, pero dahil summer, medyo mahina yung tubig sa falls. parang may hose lang sa taas. haha. pag malakas yung agos ng tubig maganda sya. nakita ko sa youtube

Hi sisses, may alam ba kayong beach resort or kahit pool lang nearby na day tour pero bibigyan kami ng room? hassle kasi kung walang room and cottage lang eh. para makapagrelax na din sa room. yung day tour lang sana.

Nagpunta kaming Momarco Resort sa Tanay, maganda sana yung resort, kaso hindi na kami para bumalik doon, super langaw!! que horror.

as in hindi kami makakain ng maayos, eeewww.

Been to bakasyunan resort sa tanay. Okay naman, malinis ang pools and hindi crowded. Maganda pa ang view while swimming kasi overlooking the mountains. Yun lang walang masyadong flat ground where kids can play and roam around. Medyo matagal din ang service sa restaurant. Pero overall, we like the place kasi we don't need to travel that long tapos maaliwalas yung buong paligid.

We have been to Momarco din for an ocular, medyo liblib, mahaba habang rough road before you reach the place. Plan sana namin dito mag stay sa next visit. Mas malaki yung space where kids can play, may playground, may mini zoo. Pangit ba talaga, sis snowball? Feeling ko pa naman mag eenjoy kids ko dito kasi malaki yung space then may zoo and playground pa.

I prefer Bakasyunan over Momarco because of the view and clean pools.

mejo bobs lang pero...if we avail 1 room for overnight does that mean no need to pa entrance fee na? bali kasama na sa room yun? :O

I think depends sa capacity ng room. Sa experience namin di naman mahigpit sa headcount. Better call them na lang to be sure.

^Msals, naku sis, in fairness naman sa Momarco nag enjoy ang kids ko, kasi may mini zoo, may playground, tapos ang laki laki nung lawn niya, plus we love the man made lagoon.

maganda pools niya, malalaki, kahit madaming tao, hindi nagsiksikan sa pool.

ang ayaw ko lang talaga sa momarco eh super langaw, to the max, hindi ka makakakain ng maayos kasi ang langaw langaw.

sabi ng tito ko, kasi daw malapit daw mga poultry doon.

siguro maganda sa momarco, sa restaurant ka na lang nila kumain, since aircon yung restaurant nila, walang langaw.

may dala kasi kaming foods, since big group kami.

Nadala kami sa langaw, may langaw festival LOL.


Plus isa pang ayaw ko sa momarco, yung restrooms, konti lang ang bathroom, eh ang laki laki nung place.



@PrettyB, sis kasama na entrance alam ko, kaso kung may extra person ka, may additional charge yun. ask them na lang.

It's in Baras, sis. Around 40-50 mins lang sya from C5. Maganda nga yung falls. Yung pool naman, we don't know how long they will open it to the public dahil the area is private actually, developed by Sta Lucia. I think once majority of the lots there are bought na, they would put restrictions. I could imagine the homeowners would request na if madami na sila na wag na open clubhouse to outsiders. Kaya you can maximize going there while open pa. Mga 3-5 years pa siguro kasi the lots are not even 50% sold yet, sa laki ng place sobra. Haha! Yung falls naman, I think they cannot limit it to homeowners dahil under usually sa policies ng DENR mga ganyan na natural resources.
