^^yes sis meron. Diagnosed year 2012.

Ok naman sya and metformin lang talaga binigay sakin since pag PCOS daw pinaka best remedy is diet and exercise kasi.

Sis mamey - i feel you. though magkaiba lang tayo. ako naman uterine didelphys (2 uterus)
bata pa ako nung na detect yun, so walang binanggit yung OB kung mahihirapan ba ako mag buntis or mas mabilis. but since i have PCOS, so di ko na talaga alam.
Anyway, pray lang sis, and live a healthy lifestyle.

hi mga sis!!! i started this thread last february 2011.. i weigh 180 lbs nov of 2010... then feb 2011 164 lbs...

feb 2011 more than 3 yrs na kaming married nyan... now we are more than 7 yrs na.. and i am 28 weeks pregnant tomorrow.. my estimated due date is sept 3, 2015.

mga sis... it is possible... have a healthy lifestyle.. and syempre pray a lot... a lot a lot a lot...

what i did was.. i lost weight.. nag gym ako.. spinning, trx, zumba... lahat... mga 4-5 times a day... eat healthy.. nag glow ako.. happier... pati si hubby na notice nya yun... sarap mamili ng damit kasi kasya na i can even buy sa teens section actually minsan mas gusto ko dun kasi mas mura... I STARTED NA MAGDIET THAT YEAR NOVEMBER 2010 AND AFTER 4 YRS NO RUSHING MGA SIS HA I REACHED MY IDEAL WEIGHT AND DI NA BUMALIK.... last december 2014 my weight was 108lbs nalang and unknowingly preggy na pala ako...

i stopped all the treaments walang metformin, walang fertility pills... ni vitamins wala... since i reached my ideal weight na i eat everything that i want but all in moderation... i weigh myself every week to check kung nag lose ako or nag gain.. para kapag nag gain ako medyo hinay hinay sa food ulit or may dagdag na exercise that week..

basta mga sis.. pray a lot... and do your part.. siguro if i continue yung fertility treatment at pinagsabay ko pa yung healthy lifestyle.. baka mas maaga ako na-preggy...

from my last tvs... di na ko bilateral pcos...

i didnt post here para magyabang or what... nag post ako ulit to encourage you mga sis.. and not to lose hope.. kasi after 7 yrs of marriage.. i am now 33 yrs old.. suffered PCOS since 17 yrs old... been diagnosed of cushing's syndrome and had my left adrenal removed...

i can feel my baby boy is kicking right now inside my tummy...

baby dust to all!!!

Sis, ako din, bilateral PCOS. Metformin ang binigay sakin, 3 tabs a day and folic acid. Regular din ang period ko, so I was surprised to be diagnosed ng pcos.

Hi, girls!

Ako din - diagnosed to have PCOS in 2009. I got married last year around March and syempre I wanted to get pregnant agad kasi I'm not getting any younger. Sobrang malala na rin ang cramps ko everytime I have my period so I decided to see an OB. So... here are the results:

3 uterine myomas 2-3cm each
Endometriosis
PCOS
Right Ovarian Cyst - ~5cm
Thickened uterine lining
Retroverted Uterus

I lost my mind when I found out. Our OB asked me to take 500mg metformin daily and gave us 3 options:

1. HSG to check my fallopian tubes
2. Hysteroscopy with laparoscopy to resolve the thickened uterine lining
3. Surgery to resolve all issues

My OB asked me to try to lose weight as well kasi I'm 20 pounds overweight.

I chose option 2 and afterwhich, our OB put me on clomiphene. She said I will be on metformin "forever" due to my condition. I thought I got pregnant that time because my period was delayed for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I wasn't.

Our OB then asked me to take femara and asked me to have my follicles monitored. Again... I didn't get BFP.

My husband and I took a break from all the meds because we were planning our church wedding. In January, I talked to my friend who has been TTC for 5 years. She's already 5 months pregnant and I asked who her OB was. The next day, I got my period again so I went to my friend's OB.

Same diagnosis - she asked me for several blood tests and asked that my husband get a sperm analysis. Aside from all the diagnosis above, she told me my left ovary is getting smaller because of my age.

She asked me to change my diet so I stopped eating dairy and red meat. I eliminated as much sugar as I can and ate only organic food.

She did HSG and saw that my fallopian tubes were not blocked. She asked us to come back every week and everytime, she gave us bad news. The last test she asked me to have was to check my ovarian reserve. The results were good... I prayed hard and asked God to help me get thru everything.

I told my husband, I cannot see that OB anymore because I was getting more depressed. So... we went back to our old OB. I told her about the me going to the other OB and she was ok with it. I told her I want to have my cyst and myomas removed if that's what it will take for me to get pregnant.

Due to my work, I scheduled my medical leave for March. So... February came and we just took a break from TTC. I prayed to God to prepare me for pregnancy. I knew in my heart that He was going to bless us with a child...

On the 24th of February, I found out I was pregnant... 4 days before my expected period. I am now 7 months and 4 days pregnant. I didn't have to go thru the surgery.

God is good... He knows exactly when to give us a child. Hold on to Him and ask Him to prepare you to have a child.  ;)

Hope you could help me find a new fertility ob

^Pa-join mga sis. TTC for 7 months. I am 38yo. Undergone myomectomy year 2008. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with myoma again. I am overweight (5' height ideal weight should be 118, I am 132 lbs now). Hay I think I really need to lose weight. Mahilig kasi me sa junk foods and sweets. And my belly is so taba hay. From medium size naging XL na yata. Pray lang ako ng pray para mabuntis but now  wala pa din. I thought I was already pregnant until Sept 05(SAT) came. Baby dust to all kaya natin ito! AJA!

^Pajoin din po dito...im 32 now, last year nadiagnosed ako ng PCOS left overy...i took althea para macorrect yung period ko kasi nagloko nung time na dumating hubby ko from abroad...after that my OB gave me clomid and monitoring kami ng follicle, meron naman kasi hindi din nabuo...so we stopped..hanggang sa umalis ulit si hubby para magwork overseas...and then just this year, July nagloko nanaman ang period ko so i took again althea then TVU and nakita both ovary na ang cyst ko....haaaayyyy....maybe sobrang stress din...so sabi ni OB mag take muna ako althea for 4 months since wala pa naman si hubby para maging okay yung period ko...its my 2nd pack na...hopefully by next year magkaron ng positive hehe...GODBLESS to us!!!!

Hi ladies, for all those TTC i wish you a happy healthy bundle of joy/s soon!
I'm not TTC though i have pcos and I'm trying to lose weight. We all know the challenges. I was hoping you could give me your tips. I'm 27, 165cm, 75 kilos, with normal stress test results, normal blood sugar levels, good cholesterol profile and no other significant medical findings from my recent annual physical except that i need to lose weight.
Like many of you I'm an office worker and many times di ko hawak time ko, depending sa schedule ng boss and other stakeholders, plus stress at work, doesn't reallt make for a conducive environment to get time in to lose weight.
I've been exercising early morning before work recently and taking powertrim but too early for results. Nakaka interval training naman ako on treadmill, 5.5kph for one minute followed by 9kph one minute, 4 to 8 times depending on how much time i have.
I feel sad lang that it seems i need to go to extremes to lose weight due to this condition. Can you recommend safe appetite suppressant or what worked for you? Thanks so much and baby dust to those TTC! :)

Hello Sissies! I've been diagnosed with bilateral PCOS plus endometrial polyp last month. My OB told me to lose weight coz I'm classified as obese type 2.

So yun, nagcut ako sa rice. Yun lang ang ginawa ko. Half na lang every meal. Wala pa akong time magexercise dahil sa work ko. After 2 weeks, bumalik ako for follow up check up. Nagulat kaming lahat dahil naglose ako ng 2.2 lbs. Buti raw may progress. Pinabalik niya ako after 3 days kasi para mabasa niya ultrasound ko and I lose 1 lb. again. 3.2 lbs for just 2 weeks and 3 days. Ituloy ko lang daw para lumaki yung chances to get pregnant.
