^Maybe they're making gochujang from scratch? Eto kasi complete mix na, I don't mix it with anything else when I use it for kimchi rice. Haven't tried it with bibimbap, but I think same lang din.

Hi mga sis! Ask ko lang kung ano yung ginagamit sa yabu na parang soy sauce for cabbage? Shoyu daw? Parang iba kasi lasa kesa sa soy sauce na karaniwang nabibili satin. Saan kaya nakakabili nun? Pati sesame sauce/salad dressing?

^I'm not sure about the soy sauce, but for the sesame dressing, we've had luck recreating it using Kewpie: http://goo.gl/wg42Gi. Local grocery stores carry this in their Asian sections.

sourdough, sis, parang sa french baker? although hindi din ako 100% sure, sa website nila meron daw e.

ako naman ay naghahanap ng whole wheat flour, kung may alam po kayo kung saan, pakipost naman. maraming salamat. = )
