Spices and Hard-to-find ingredients: where to buy?

Where can i find the rice paper or spring roll wrappers? I want to make fresh vegan spring rolls kasi. The ones i see kasi are just the lumpia wrappers

^ check the Asian section of Hypermart. sa Rustan's meron din yan but di nakalagay sa cold/frozen section. ask for Vietnamese rice paper

Finally found the rice paper. Sm makati placed it under the frozen section. I guess they thought its easier for people like me to find it there.
