if you want mga sis, you could buy potted herbs sa manila seedling bank in QC. yung sa may intersection ng Q Ave at EDSA. meron din akong nakitang potted herbs dun sa rustan's makati. mas ok if you're herbs are freshly picked before use.
minsan kasi ndi mo naman magagamit yung buong pack ng herbs na mabibili mo sa grocery. sayang lang. although ok naman siya i-dry. iba pa rin yung dried herbs compared sa fresh. just a suggestion.
for other spices, you can try Assad. meron sa may otis. meron din sa marikina. kumpleto dun. asian spices. ndi lang spices benta nila. pati mga condiments and other food items na ginagamit sa asian cooking.

sa tapat ng killion, may store din which sells different varieties of nuts. mga pine nuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, etc.
for dairy products, try the rizal dairy farm stall in market market. may feta cheese sila dun na cheaper. pati mga quark cheese, ricotta, buttermilk, greek yoghurt which is perfect for tzatziki.
