Not really, I didn't achieve my target salary from last year's merit increase. But I am still grateful and blessed

Sana nga hindi na lang ako nag nurse limited lang job namin dito sa pinas and ang baba pa ng mga salary..

Super dami na kaseng nurses tapos walang papasukan. Eh before makapag abroad kailangan ng hospital experience.

Oo nga sis eh, very limited lang kasi job opportunites ng nurses dito sa pinas, unlike sa ibang course na pwede kang umangat.
Ang liit pa ng sahod sa hosp.. kaya nga hindi ako nag hosp eh hehe
Kung gusto mo talaga ng malaking sahod no choice kundi mag abroad.. isang taon mong sahod dito 1 month lang sa abroad.

^yes sis. Yun din iniisip ko dati. Ayoko magwork sa hospital kase mababa ang wages..kaya company nurse ako muna..but if you consider working abroad, hospital experience ang hahanapin sayo so pinilit kong makapagwork sa hosp for 4 years. At least pagdating dito hindi ako nahirapan humanap ng employer.

Very very very happy. I came from.Singapore pala so the standard of salary there is high but I'm glad that my new company in Manila has given me so much. Ika nga nila e Singapore rate pa din except for the whooping tax.

feeling ko under-compensated ako... but my salary allows me to afford to pay for my car's monthly amort naman. so-so, for me at least... it's a decent job with decent pay. but i feel i could be in a better company/work place. i just cant leave the company het kasi naka-bond ako.

Most of the time, i am. Kung yung cash na naiuuwi, okay naman. Enough for me to maintin my lifestyle hahaha. But i fee like we're being deprived of the work benefits.

Not really but our workload is quite easy kaya ako nakakatagal. Nakakasave naman ako ng money, it's just that I know that other companies can offer better salary and pag naiisip ko yun, gusto ko na magsubmit ng resignation XD

not really but contented.  may time na gusto ko mag resign kasi alam ko na mas malaki ang pwede i-offer sakin sa ibang company kaso pag naiisip ko pa lang yung leniency ng boss namin parang ok na to. kahit may workload, no pressure plus hawak namin ang oras ng breaks namin (ex. 15 minute break nagiging 45 minutes) plus petiks na petiks kami. for sure sa ibang company di na magagawa to.

^^Same tayo sis. Mababa yung sweldo ko for my profession... My batchmates, mga manager na. Pero sobrang convenient sakin coz sagot ang MBA ko and malapit lang ako sa house, sobrang lenient ng bosses and hindi ganun ka-strict sa breaks... But if the time comes na kailangan ko ng maraming pera (maybe if I'm getting married or my dad's retiring), I really need to find another job...

^dati masaya. pero dahil magkakababy na ako, medyo hindi na. ang pagkakaalam ko, may salary increase kami pero hanggang ngayon di pa natutupad. for promotion ako dito sa office, pero nag apply pa rin ako sa ibang agency kasi mas maraming benefits doon. sagot pa lahat ng medical needs pati childbirth at medicines. dito walang maternity benefits. mag se seven years na ako sa government. 5 were spent in another agency. 2 years na ako dito. pero balak ko lipat naman sa mas malaking benefits. kung matanggap ako, malaking benefits para sa baby ko. yun nga lang medyo palakasan kasi. so hindi pa sure. kung abutin nga yung panganganak ko, malilibre pa ang expenses ko.

^same sentiments sis. Dati din super kuntento ako sa salary ko. But since i'm also preparing myself to having a family, parang hindi na pwedeng ganito lang. Wala din kasi kaming maternity benefits.

I love my job. In fact ayokong magresign at alam ko na sa industry namin i'm with the best institution. But now that we're saving up for our wedding, for our house, and gusto na din namin magkababy, hindi na talaga magiging enough. Kaya nagdecide na lang ako na rumaket on the side for extra income. Since i don't work 8hrs/ day 5 days/wk naman, pwedeng pwede kong isingit. Kaya sana okay tong business venture ko. It will really help big time sa upcoming expenses namin.
