Na-try ko rin diyan sa mckinley. Grabe lang ang pagod sa pagcocomute. Kaya natuto rin ako magbaon noon kasi puro pang mayaman ang kainan. Buti dito the BGC medyo may lutong bahay para pag wala akong baon medyo makakatipid parin kahit papaano.

Sis btw, pa-explain naman po ng 2% tax. May offer kasi ako sa seven seven kaso contractual lang for 6mons sa client. 10% tax qinuote nila sa akin. Sabi may papers daw na kailangan ipasa para sa 2%. @_@

I'm okay with my salary, it's not that big but it's not that small unlike other day jobs. My salary is for my personal expenses naman kasi my hubby provides for our needs.

No... having a tax that almost 10k, add mo pa ang pagibig, sss and philhealth. san ka pa? hay....  at least di masyadong stressfull ang work pero still kulang pa din. life life life

I'm very satisfied with my salary kaya lang toxic na dahil sa sobrang hectic.  Sana lang masaya rin ako sa ginagawa ko. Mas okay sana na kahit di gaanong malaki pero masaya ako sa ginagawa ko.

im still not happy with my salary lalo na't dinagdagan pa work load namin..dapat sana pag may dagdag work, may dagdag ding sahod    sana mabasa to ng boss namin

Kami din sis.
just this year walang increase sa Company namin.
for the past 4 years may increase ako pero ang liit.
Kahit na Above average na yung appraisal ko e maliit parin.
Mas malaki pa increase ng katulong.

After almost 3 yrs nakatikim din ng increment it's not much pero it's better than nothing

slight happy naman kaso 5% increase yearly lang, midyear bonus of 1 month salary (kaso palyado this year hindi pa sure kung meron pa ba kaming inaantay) and 1/2 bonus every december... with HMO extended to my kids and hubby and a life insurance... pwede na rin kesa walang work hindi naman ganun ka complicated ang work... hayyysss kahit late meron sana

super happy. pinangarap ko yung rate na ito few years ago and now i have it na looking forward na mas tumaas pa. human nature, walang contentment. lumalaki rin kasi ang goals.
but i am happy. love seeing my savings in bank ang wishing sana payday na ulit para madagdagan pa.

Definitely not..super delayed pa due to a very bureaucratic system.   Nakaka depress. Kaya nga if may malipatan ako, go na ako dun agad.

Defnitely not, especially when I know my co-workers are paid so much more when we all have the same workload. Frustrating.
