ako ok lang. i miss my old role, nightshift kasi ako kaya may night diff at may transpo. but i needed a change kasi nagsasawa na rin ako sa work ko dati. so nag-day shift ako.

i think i'm better positioned with my new role for any further career movements. and i think my salary's just right - not to low to feel demotivated by it and not too high to hurt my chances should i seek opportunities outside of my company.

Quite. Although compared to my previous salary medyo kaliitan ang basic nababawi naman sa allowance. And, I get weekends off unlike in my previous workplace na on-call ka to conduct upskill training for agents maski rest day.

i feel lucky that i am working in a high-paying industry. i don't need to go abroad to buy things i need and want. nabibili ko naman yung mga luho ko at nakaka travel naman to places i want to go.

super happy. i feel like i'm earning more than i should. kaso pa end na contract ko...  and ang hirap i-consider nung mga jobs na mas mababa ang sweldo sa current na tinatanggap ko... sighs.

Yes happy naman. Good thing we have salary increment yearly and tumataas job grade at the same time. Then generous company they give bonus 2x a year upto x5 of your salary.

semicon company kami sis, and hindi mababawi sa benefits coz we only have the compulsary benefits such as SSS/Philheath/Pag-ibig and SL/VL.... yan lang pero yung mga other benefits WALA!! as in wala talaga...
