Are you happy with your salary?

After 4 years working in a japanese company, i must say hindi talaga sila mataas magpasuweldo.. too bad i'm not the excellent type, so i cant get promoted really fast.. kakapromote ko lang lately, so i hope to get a decent pay, pero i guess compared to those who can say Yes!, i'm staying here but it's not due to the pay.

kulang sya para sa luho... pero i think its OK. i can save kahit paano and natutustusan ko naman wnats and needs ko. pero iguess its because im single. workload isnt heavy naman pero there's pressure sa office.

yes. for a freelance worker, i am! so far, it's enough to pay for my lot's monthly amortization, my sister's tuition in ust (graduating na sya sa march next year!), bills and some small-time stocks and mutual fund investments. so kahit walang natitira pangluho, keri lang! what more can i ask for

^hi, i started out as a virtual assistant. then researcher sa isang Canadian website (fulltime) for about 2 years. after non, got an offer from a big US company, fulltime job din. so far, okay naman. i've been doing freelance work since jan 2009.

finally after two years of waiting i've got an increase of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS PER MONTH, arayku!

kaya nga unfair eh. kasi overload ang work imbes na one is to one nagiging three is to one ang workload namin. understaff tapos walang pang Overtime.

pero kahit na i'm not happy with my salary. i'm happy with my co-workmates.

NO.  Overworked and Underpaid.  Yung mga bossing, puro utos na lang pero sila pa ang malaking mga sahod, wala namang ginagawa.  Papetiks-petiks lang sila.  Buti sana kung OK din silang mag-isip.

Yes pero sabi nga lahat may kapalit... magandang sweldo pero kailangan mapalayo sa family... oh well, at least kasama ko naman hubby ko...
