heck no! super overworked but underpaid. kahit overtime namin, hindi nga binabayaran. yung salary increase na 30pesos halos hindi pa ibigay. nakakaawa talaga. to think we worked and studied so hard just to get the degree tapos eto lang gagawin ng admin? well, at least i'll be free a month from now. i'll try my luck working at home.

Right now NO. With my basic salary oh my God! It is small compared to industry rate. Humahabol lang ako sa commissions every 15th of the month. Pero still not enough.

Buti na lang I am single pero, I am also getting married this year, even if my bf will shoulder most of the wedding expenses I feel na kailangan mag contribute ako ng malaki, but with my current salary and commissions, it is impossible!

Thankfully happy with my salary, minsan I think I am overpaid for what I do but parang dumadami ring ang gastos as you earn more.

nope. ok naman sana kaya lang not enough pa din for my family needs. breadwinner kasi ko. walang ipon. ang dami ko pa rin gustong mabili na di ko mabili. and considering my job is graveyard plus stressful, kulang pa rin.

parehas tayo sis ako nga i pay for my mom's credit cards eh tapos gastos pa sa bahay kung para sa sarili ko i've more than enough pero since breadwinner ako kulang siya for my family's needs. no choice  i have to work my ass off talaga

For the workload and the pay, pwede na, work-life balance.
But for me - Nope.
Last promotion 4 yrs ago pa, then no increase the last 2 years due to non-promotion
even with high annual performance rating, no increase/bonus. Cycle lang. Circular cause & effect.
No room/space up there. No budget also to pay for increase.
Now looking for greener pastures.

Walang ipon. Breadwinner. Paying for other people's credit card and lifestyle. 
Gotta upgrade my skills, widen my knowledge, find a generous company, and negotiate the salary.
