Are you happy with your salary?

Not really! I felt like I need a raise, no I must have a raise, I'm overworked , OTY is the game... sad.

okay naman sana pay kaso with the increased workload & tanggalan pa ng incentives, its not worth it anymore. kaya i resigned na rin! passed my resignation the other day.

nakaka-inis kasi pag mga home-grown employees like me, underpaid. maliit ang sweldo compare mo sa mga hired externally. so this time, try ko maghanap ng work sa ibang company. hopefully i will find one that has higher salary and better benefits.

im not really happy with my salary..
but yng work mismo happy ako coz hndi siya stressful at hndi nkakapressure..
pero ngaun na mgkakafamily na ko plan ko din lumipat sa mas mataas ang salary kaya lang super hirap humanap ng work ngayon..

previous company - super yes but some officemate and one boss (which Im not a direct report is a total A**)
current company - yes a little lesser base pay from my prev but workmates and environment super ok so its still a yes.

Kulang siya    I can live of my salary and have a bit off money saved in the bank, but it is really not enough.  Not if I want to buy a house of my own or at least even have some money saved for retirement or in case of illness.  Kulang talaga.  Kaya I'm looking for ways to increase my income.

Kulang na kulang. Sabi nila pag call center mga big time. HINDI rin! Baka one-time big time! haha! We're able to save a little but there are always some unexpected expenses so hindi rin talaga naggo-grow yung savings.

Sa level ng toxicity ng work ko, kulang talaga. Hay.

Very. I got an increase even before I was regularized and I also get quarterly incentives due to performance and stack ranking
