yes ok na din salary ko i'm from mining company kaya malaki compare sa ibang private institution di mo makukuha sa ibang company ang rate na nareceived namin yun nga lang mostly sa field ako pero ok lang naman sanayan lang.

Its probly since they are consultants. Companies get consultants kasi these are people who are really skilled (most consultants have phds) and only work for a few days, weeks or months sa company mo then they leave and look for another gig. Sometimes when the co is really happy with them, they get offered a job by the co. Also, syempre since theyre just consultants, they dont get benefits a full time employee gets kaya they get much more.

I work in training and the money we pay training consultants for just a few days work is AMAAAAAAAAAAAZING!

not anymore...before aside from my monthly pay i get extras BUT since umiral pagka-madamot ng boss ko...hindi na.  had i known that she'll do that fi-nile ko na sana ng OT lahat ng work ko above 8hrs and during weekends/holiday...hayyyy:(

Sad part nga lang pag nakikita ko yung tax ko Ok sana yung dating company ko kasi may tax shield kami doon (40%) kaso anliit naman ng sweldo.

Hindi ako happy sa increase ng salary ko! I was promoted pero yung nakuha ko na increase hindi man lang umabot sa standard rate ng newly promoted sa current level ko... Don't know what to feel... Sa dami ng expectations na set ng boss namin I think unfair yung increase hindi ng cocompensate sa efforts na hinihingi niya sa akin... I'm thinking of finding for a new job! You think mga sis tama ang iniisip ko? TIA
