Are you happy with your salary?

yes. super happy. the only problem is that i'm not happy with my work.

I'm very much happy with my work. But since minimum wage ang salary plus allowances lang, parang kulang for my other expenses and planned investment. I can't save much kasi parating nababawasan ang savings kapag may emergencies. Maliit lang naman ang gastos ko sa food and transpo pero I have to pay for other things pa kasi.

All in all, I want a higher pay. I believe I deserve that naman coz I'm well educated and I have a lot of experience even while I'm still in college. Kaya lang ang tinignan nila ay dahil bago lang ako, entry-level tuloy ang sweldo. :S

same here, though di naman super minimum wage, maliit lang din if i take into account all the expenses. hindi lang kasi yung pang-araw-araw na kelangan tsaka bakuna ng baby ko ang pinagkakagastusan ko. malaki ang nagagastos ko sa pamasahe to and from work, baon ko pa, tapos yung bayarin sa credit card. may insurance pa akong binabayaran. hays, minsan talaga nasho-short ako.

pero in terms of work, wala namang problema. sana lang nga bigyan kami ng konting raise. magtu-2 years na kaming di binibigyan ng dagdag sa sweldo.

I am happy with my work pero sa salary, syempre hindi long term.. 4 years na ako dito, nagchange position na, ka level lang din.. I am thinking of resigning, baka naman maisipan nila akong e-promote to a higher job grade level..

Not so happy.. pero i have to be contented na since first job ko palang naman to and my salary is a bit higher than my friends. I just thought na hindi fair yung salary against sa tasks/job na ginagawa ko.

environment (physical) - maganda

social environment - not happy. daming plastic & dami daming chismis

salary - nagkukulang parin... pero thankful kase may bonuses kahit paano

perks/benefits - happy kase pag may bonus, yun ang pantakip sa mga bayarin

work load - seasonal. light lang pero pag madami workload, madami talaga

no. nagtaas na mga bilihin eh so not enough na ang salary. pag mag increase naman ang salary hindi ko man lang maramdaman...hayz

Just enough for me.. sis look for other source of extra income if your salary is not enough... pandagdag din yan... ganun kasi ang ginagawa ko para may extra income....

Maiba naman, YES, I am happy with my salary, Ok lang yata ang nagyes dito, hehe.. :p But seriously, I really am happy with my salary and Im very happy with my job.

hmm, bout salary? NOPE. feeling ko dapat mas mataas sahod ko kesa sa supervisor namin. since he's not doing anything, not even reporting to work! come to think, yun boss namin everyday pumapasok. tapos lahat kami todo kayod dito, pag nagka-prob kami pa may kasalanan! nakow!  (sorry, salary lang pala masyado kong na-carried away! )
