According sa nanay, pure honey daw is medyo mabula & malabnaw, unlike those sa grocery malapot. A relative gave us a bottle of honey from palawan, ganon nga consistency niya. Before, I've used CEM and Suebee pag I take DIY honey garlic, malapot nga sila.

Yung palawan honey may slight amoy brewed or beer para sakin. we always get our honey from palawan, yung guide namin is a family friend na palawenya kasi and very helpful. we tell her kung anong klaseng honey gusto namin, ibaiba kasi yung lasa, consistency, texture, etc depending on the flower the bees used. she also pointed out alin yung mga OK na bilihan na 100% pure. other stores kasi they sell may halong beer. others too hinahaluan ng green food coloring tapos pinapakalat ang urban legend na the best honey may hint of green.

Nung last uwi ng mama ko sa bicol, bumili sya ng 7 bottles of honey. I use this as sweetener sa coffee or tea now instead of sugar. Pinapainom din sa toddler ko pag may cough and colds.

ilog maria virgin honey iniinom ko. nilalanggam sya. nag stop tuloy ako uminom kasi tinatamad ako mag-open ng bagong bottle. nalungkot nga ako kasi baka hindi puro. pero susubukan ko mamaya yung mga tests. iinom na ulit ako after mabasa thread na to hehe

pag online pwede lang isa mabili. pero nung pumunta family namin sa shop nila (apat kami), sat nun para bagong replenish ng stocks, pinayagan hanggang dalawa ang kunin namin bawat isa. kasi Maynila pa kami galing. so nag-uwi kami 6 bottles lahat may mga pabili pa kasi. pero marami rin kami binili aside sa honey.

^may mga honey talaga na nilalanggam but it doesnt mean na hindi sila pure. Actually mahirap talaga masabi kung pure ang honey. So better buy from reputable stores like ilog maria

hindi ko pa na try apuyan kasi nanghihinayang ako hehe. pero effective naman ilog maria honey so i guess okay sya. and hindi naman nasama ang langgam sa criteria para malaman kung pure o hindi ayon sa link na binigay ni sumacumcrokers

^sabi dun sa ilog maria site, ang lasa ng honey depende kung san nagforage ang bees so hindi parepareho ang lasa.

^ yup sis ilog maria saka tobee's apiary ang honey na iniinom ko. Masarap yung wild sunflower ng tobee's. saka i use ilog maria products like propolis, propolis ointment, royal jelly face oil, throat spray, and so many more hehe. Love ko yung throat spray kasi pag makati throat ko spray lang ako nun nawawala talaga kati. Tapos yung propolis ointment naman nung nasa states ako nito lang november, sa sobrang lamig nagkaron ako sa binti ng parang allergy na may butlig butlig at sobrang kati. Nilalagyan ko ng royal jelly face oil then propolis ointment, nawawala kati nya talaga

^i agree highly recommended ang throat spray. may imbak rin kaming propolis sa bahay kasi months bago kami makapunta. sis try mo rin yung honey face scrub soft ang skin after. for the ointment hindi ako masyado fan kasi nga binili ko yun for my baby gusto ko sana mabilis umepekto para di nya na kamutin. natatagalan ako. anyway., san nabibili ang tobee's?

^ yung tobee's una akong nakabili sa good shepherd sa baguio tapos ginoogle ko, meron sa Greens Vegetarian Resto sa QC Area. Mas mura yung honey nila ng konti compared sa Ilog Maria. Pero yung wild sunflower honey nila sa Good Shepherd Baguio ko lang nabili. Yung nasa QC Tropical something pero ok din ang lasa. So ang ginagawa ko, pag di kami nakakapunta sa Tagaytay, tobees's binibili ko pero lagi akong may stock pareho nyan

^okay magoogle rin ako hehe.  how much sis ang tobee's and have you tried if it's pure? i haven't tested if ilog maria is pure pala hehe. basta tingin ko effective sya so dun na lang ako nagrely.

^ naku sis according sa mga nababasa ko kasi mahirap talaga masabi kung pure ang honey kahit ano pang test yan kasi nga iba iba ang klase ng honey. So bili ka na lang sa reputable na seller like ilog maria or tobee's kasi may bee farm sila talaga. Yung tobee's naman they even sell queen bees nabasa ko sa site nila. Yung tobee's pag sa baguio 250 pero sa QC 275 stay away sa mga honey sa supermarkets kasi according sa mga nabasa ko, dumadaan sa heat treatment yang mga yan kasi ang honey talaga tends to crystallize, and depende sa klase ng honey kung gano sya kabilis magcrystallize. So ang ginagawa sa mga commercial honey eh heat treatment para hindi magcrystallize at manatili syang liquid. During the process may mga namamatay na enzymes so nawawala yung mga importanteng health benefits nya.

Pahabol pala hehe. Kaya di ba sinasabi dapat raw, unfiltered, unprocessed para nandun lahat ng enzymes and vitamins nya. Nagpaexecutive checkup si hubby and normal naman sugar nya kahit every night kami umiinom ng honey so mukhang ok ang iniinom namin ni honey. ^70php cheaper pala than ilog maria. believer rin ako kasi i don't take other vitamins. i just drink honey and propolis before eating breakfast in the morning. bihira na rin ako magkaubo at magkasipon. naalala ko pa dati every morning sinisipon ako at atsing ng atsing. nawala na sya ngayon. the same is true for our labandera's apo. lagi may sakit yun tapos binigyan namin propolis and honey ayun within a week's time nag improve. gumaling sya at masigla na.

 pero hindi ata to nagwork for everyone.kasi my mom also tried this hindi nag work. may theory tuloy ako na honey works well if you are also a virgin hehe i mean hindi bugbog katawan mo sa meds. sabi nga dun sa ilog maria site, meds make you immune lang without targeting the cause. kaya siguro di nagwork honey sa kanya dami na kasi nyang iniinom na meds
