HI! Anyone here who has a franchise of Family Mart or is in the application process? My sister is very much interested to own a franchise pero she's based in the US so I will be the one to start the application.

this may be a bit off topic, but then related pa rin naman sa franchising...
I strongly suggest that you get a really good location for your franchised business... their system may be really good and the name has a strong recall... pero the location really matters.
Based on our experience, you dont really need so much marketing efforts pag maganda ang foot traffic sa location mo. Kaya bukod sa bet nyong i-franchise, look for best location available. ;-)

^agree, may nagugustuhan akong i-franchise and it will be located in Home Depot in Ortigas, considering Ortigas, business center din naman and if may delivery between offices around the area then it will also boost the sales. Bale sa baba sya ng call center building and may Sitel sa tabi, may Rue Bourbon, SB, Bonchon sa paligid. Its really promising! Na-e-engganyo nako kaso possible opening is January pa.. matutulog ang pera. waah!

Parang okay nga yung Paotsin tapos sa u-belt. Magkano franchise ng paotsin mga sis? At ng TGP? Licensed pharmacist ang cousin ko so pwede ko siya paraketin for tgp. Natry na nya magwork sa TGP at okay daw ang sales nila. Doctor ang aunt ko so pahanapin ko nalang sya ng hospital for the TGP. Magkano franchise sa TGP? Parang dati ang sabi sakin is 800k?

^ sis, nung nagwowork siya for TGP daily sales was 15k. That was like around a year ago (I think wala pang 1yr kasi wala pa siyang 1yr sa work niya ngayon). Ngayon daw 20k na daw daily sales nung TGP. Maganda kasi location ng pharmacy na yun although may Generika and another drugstore pa daw around the area. High foot traffic yung lugar (think, holdup-prone lol). Then yung 2 TGPs sa mga susunod na street, iisa lang din daw may-ari. Naeengganyo din ako pero ang hirap na maghanap ng magandang location. I asked my cousin bakit maganda sales nila kahit na may competition, sabi niya around the area, mas preferred ng mga tao yung low medication cost esp for maintenance medications.

Hi mga sis, advise naman pls. How much ang pasweldo nio sa mga staff nio sa cart business? I'm planning to franchise tokyo tempura. I would like to know pano ba swelduhin? Need ba sila iapply for sss and pagibig? How about un tax nila? Enlighten me mga sis. Thanks

true yung sabi ng isang sis natin ditto about location. Even if super ganda ng franchise nyo, if hindi naman ok ang location wala pa din. That happened sa current franchise naming, now naghahanap kami ng bagong location for the franchise. Any tips kung saan kami pwede maglagay ng stalls?

RE: sweldo better do what the franchisor do.. Sunod sa flow. Magstart na din kame hopefully this week and manggaling mga workers sa agency. Hoping it wouldn't kill us. (Expense wise)

I'm also interested in a Get Polished! franchise. Anyone here knows how nail salons are doing now? I would love to own and operate a nail spa but you need upwards of 1 million as initial investment. That's a lot of money. ROI daw is 2 years?

I know the owner but as far as i know they havent gone into franchising yet..

Used agency for our branch in Makati.. halos minimum na din pala pa-sweldo pag ganun.. sa parteng Rizal ang mejo makakatawad na below 400..
