another thing to consider when getting a franchise is the cost of goods pala.  for example, sa siomai franchise, how much does the franchisor sell siomai, packaging materials, etc.  kasi, it's higher (by far) than what can be readily bought.  so, dun din kumikita franchisor.

planning to franchise a mr donut take out cart. sana ma-approve. although kanina lang ako nag-submit. hehe

ask ko lang po if required ba to ang SSS & Philhealth sa employees na tatao sa cart? kahit hindi naman 8 hours ang pasok nila, kasi nga po shifting...

if required po, magkano po ang shouldered ng employer?

also, can anybody share their worksheet of expenses? ;p

SABI ng franchisor namin, not required daw those (SSS, philhealth, etc) and even the minimum wage IF small company (depende sa sales)....

Fries (not potato corner , sis. It has yet to pick up. Ang ok lang sa franchise, franchisor found.the location. Tsaka yung may ready template na sila for everything. Con, super overpriced ang fries, packaging, etc. To think na generic fries lang naman ang gamit taas Tuloy ng COG...

sana matuloy din yung sa amin.
meron kami prospect na area. pero waiting in line pa. dami applicants e.
sis,ano pa po ba yung mga gagastusin before makapag operate? like yung pag-process ng permits, etc bago po makapag start talaga. para maibudget na rin po.

DTI registration if sole proprietorship, SEC if corporation (not sure sa partnership), BIR, tapos if your staff need mga health certificate, etc.  be ready with rent advance, deposit.  yun ang malaki =) also, the stocks pala.  kasi even if the franchisor puts initial stocks as part of the package, sobrang konti lang yun.

alam ko nga may mga addtl pa na hindi kasama sa package. i need to know the right questions to ask. tnx sis!
meron pa ba ako dapat itanong sa kanila? 
sa docs for registrations, aabot ba ng 5k [textspeak!] mga yun? sa rent kasi, wala naman daw sila advance or deposit. buti na lang.

less than 5k, sis.  sa 'min, we had to buy freezer, vent, etc.  sa 'min kasi, the package we got was for cart but we got a permanent space (not cart) kaya may mga kung [textspeak!]-ano pang kailangan.

has anyone tried Kambal Pandesal? magiging mabenta kayo ito if their pandesal costs P2.50 each? karaniwan kasi 2pesos lang (sa mga bakeries). tapos yung mga ibang breads nila like pan de coco, spanishbread etc... cost P5 each.   
mukhang ok e at 350K franchise fee tapos wala pang royalty fee. need your help mga sisters! i hope magprosper ang mga prospected franchise natin!!!!

anyway, biglang nagsulputan ang daddy's toasted siopao... I asked the staff nung branch dun sa cavite kung how much franchise... 300k daw... then I asked kung how much ang pinakamalaking sales nila and yung pinakamaliit for the day... she said na pag malakas nakaka 20k sila and pag mahina around 15k to 16k... ang laki naman pala ng sales... malaki pa compared sa ice cream franchise ko sa SM... pagmahina ang sales namin 2k lang

planning to put a donut franchise. may questions lang ako regarding manpower...

as for SSS, pwede ba syang after 3 months i-apply? kasi baka di naman sya mag-stay sa trabaho ng matagal, sayang pag-asikaso ko. or mag-voluntary nalang sila?

also, di rin naman 8 hrs ang pasok nila, 2 shifts. 9am-3pm tsaka 3pm to 9pm...

positive ang evaluation ng franchisor sa proposed area namin. happy!!!
but still, they still have to check yung finanacial stability namin. dapat daw liquid kami.
sana di kami madisapprove dun. ;p

first time to put up a franchise... ano po ba ang better at less hassle... sole proprietorship, partnership or corp, and why?... (beaucon lang? hehe)

kahit 6 hours lang po ang pasok, need din po ba ikuha ng SSS?

sana po mag-post pa yung iba who are currently managing franchises.

We franchised a generics pharmacy, nga lang can't open yet because we don't have a registered pharmacist yet. Its a requirement so that BFAD can give us license to operate na.

Ang mahirap ay maghanap ng location because ang kanilang rule ay, dapat 1 km away from another branch.
Buti na lang naswertehan namin to location namin sa Rizal, if God permits, sana maging ok naman to.
