since we've been hearing a lot of negative feedbacks from Filtrepreneur, who then is a good franchise company?
balak kasi namain ni hubby to try yung lugawan food cart. antipolo area kami so naisip namin na ok yung ganitong food kasi malamig ang weather dito. and malapit lang kami sa church na dinadayo talaga ng mga tao.

ano bang group yung nat-trust for franchising food carts? nakita ko kasi yung Filtrep (Pinoy Pao, Burgeroo?) but parang bad reviews based sa nabasa ko sa taas... I wanna start a franchise sana..

any idea rin magkano kaya space sa mga MRT/ LRT stations? mas mura ata dun than malls e, and mas malakas din chance na kumita. Tama ba? Nakikita ko na mabentang food carts are yung dimsum/ siomai and noodles e... kaso hirap naman if lahat na ganun...

ako din im thinking of doing a franchising business kaso nag 2 isip na ako kasi mahal ang royalty fee also mga consumables mo palang hindi ka narin masyado kikita kasi nga sa kanila mo din kukunin e medyo mahal din pasa nila

good thing is that nakahanap ako ng makakasuply sakin ng mga hk stle noodles and sauces..pati siomai and siopao...mga consumables ko naman may nakita na ako direct supplier like mga paper cups

mag gawa nalang ako sarili ko name..makakalaban pa ako sa price as compare mo ng mag franchise mas kumikita [textspeak!] sarili lang then ang kagandahan lang ng sarili mo hindi ka tali sa mga items na pwede mo ibenta...

hk style noodles gagawin ko then mag add ako ng rice in a box since griddle namand din need mopara makamaka rice in a box ka diba?

And yun nakausap ko hindi sila mag aapprove ng area not until they check na ok yun area and may food traffic daw meaning yun laging nadadaanan ganyan.Pero all in all siguro makaka 600,000 ka din all in.

I'm eyeing for sm manila, galleria and greenhills pero goodluck sa greenhills kung makakuha ka pwesto.

And may nakilala ako meron siyang 5 franchise ng potato corner. She said you'll never go with sm daw. Yung bibingkinitan 950,000 ang franchise.

Ano pa ba kailangan ko tanungin sa management if mag ffranchise ako? At ano ang magandang iassure nila sa client nila?

Hello sis, may I know if the franchisor rep discussed with you average monthly sales? Did they show supporting documents to corroborate the claim? And from your research work, magkano or ilang percentage usually ang net profit?

Hi to all. About filtrep nagmember yung bf (now husband) ko jan kaso ang hirap magbenta ng foodcart.kasi sya mismo hindi naman maka avail ng foodcart. Kaya focus ka talga sa networking. Hanggang magkaron ka ng enough money para makabili ng foodcart. Syempre dapat yung ibebenta mo e ikaw mismo tried and tested mo na. Kaya hindi nagclick. Right now we are in prepaid franchise naman. Dahil lumalaki ang demand dahil halos lahat prepaid na at pati meralco ngayon gagawin ng prepaid kaya marami ang nag aavail na rin. May lifetime discount na lahat ng prepaid products then may income pa. Kaya sulit naman. Just started last year and 1st month pa lang bawi na yung capital.

ahh.. 50k pala ang renewal every year.. actually mga sis, kaya mahal ang franchise fee ng mga big names na, kasi sobrang mahal din ng binabayad nila sa mga consultants nila. yung consulting firm na lagi nasa entrepreneur magazine,  ang fee nila for helping a foodcart company with franchising system, etc. is around half a million for 6 months-1year...

Basta may 4000 ka then willing gawin yung business pwede na. Lifetime discount of 8-14%all 300+prepaid products. Load to all using 1cp and 1 load wallet. Maraming may gusto kasi lifetime discount tapos yung iba nagbebenta ng load pero sa mga nagbebenta inaadvise namin to use the Vmobile simcard from smart. Syempre like traditional for example 300 cp load yung kita mo is 30 pesos. May networking side din sya. At yun yung ginagawa namin.
