On getting a tattoo (Thread 2)

@mharickar: sis, super isipin mo 100x nga kasi forever na siya. isipin mo yun design maigi, yung hindi pang young adults lang tska yung places na nasstretch

@Lady Czarina: sis, black light yun parang glow in the dark nga.

@ava_camille: depende gano kalaki yung design sa healing time. tolerable naman ang pain. balita ko, sa may ribs and side boobs ang masakit. hehe.

Hi sisters!

Currently I have tats on my right foot, 2 on my collarbone, 1 on my neck, 1 on my right wrist and 1 on my lower back.  I started way back 2005 and was hooked! My artist is Gene Testa as well coz friend ni Hubby. Quite pricey talaga sya coz established na din sya pero syempre discounted kami ni hubby   As was mentioned talagang think a 100x or even more before getting one.  Its not just building up the courage to get one but also standing up for having it.  Agree with me or not but there are still a lot who frown upon or cringe at the sight of Tats on Women here in our Country.

Minimum as far as I know for a 2x2 is 2k- 2.5k.
For the white tattoo-ok yun just make sure na maganda paglalagyan mo Minsan kasi nagmumukhang parang peklat/scar sya...
For the glow in the dark/black light- I personally dont like it. Kasi 2 years lang tinatagal nung effect nya.

sis hindi pa madaling "masira" yung tattoo sa paa? kasi sabi ng friend ko na marmaing tattoo, medyo madali daw kasi lagi nastretch yung paa dahil naglalakad. sa paa kasi mismo yung gusto ko, malapit sa toes. yun lang. TIA!

Actually my tat ko sa paa runs from just under my toes all the way sa ankle- on top talaga...
Madali sya masira while healing I think is what your friend meant. Kaya nga ako nung fresh pa I just stayed put sa house at least 3 days and binantayan ko talaga sya
Pero once ngheal na, ok na naman

how long does it take for a tatto to fully heal up? saka kailangan ba pinapa-"retouch"?

gusto ko magpa-tattoo sa neck, yung malapit sa ears, kaya lang I'm scared.  , I  saw one sa officemate ko and it is so sexy. Need to gather my courage muna.

sis, is it true na magaan ang kamay ni Gene Testa? sya ba yung may shop sa may robinson's galleria? a friend recommended him since i'm planning to get one (tattoo) next year. gusto ko sana yung magaan ang kamay. paano kaya mag-set ng appointment kay Gene?

true talaga na magaan kamay ni Gene,yup sya lang naman may tat shop sa Galleria..
Wellmalamang talaga if you go there,apprentice nya ang gagawa..what you can do is  set an appointment with Gene specifically
