erratic page

is there an issue with this website? kasi sobrang erratic hindi nung mouse pero nung page mismo, like for example when im about to click on Let's Primp and Prettify, bago pa magland ng pointer sa link na yon, bigla magscroll down ng page so i have to move it again and point on the link tapos bigla naman punta sa end ng page. its annoying kasi parang ayaw magpaclick. it only happens on this website kaya im sure na issue to sa GT.

nakakainis nga e!  just when i'm about to hit REPLY, biglang tumatakbo ang page!  lagi kami naghahabulan e. 

in the end i just refresh the page tapos ok na sya.
