Dont just think about about the pay though. Think about building your network so you'd have more referrals and repeat network. Sa umpisa, okay na yung underpaid ka. Pam-build ng folio at status. Saka dont take the stats take for granted. The higher your level is, the more its easier for you to be invited and consequently be able to to close, not just more but, the better projects.

I get job(s) from freelancer.com.  Dito ko rin nakuha ang previous employer ko who hired  me for a year.  Now that the contract is finished, scout nag-source nanaman ako sa freelancer.com.  I got an employer agad, dalawa pa nga, thank God! The pay may be not that high yet since I am again building and establishing an impressive profile.   Pag okay na profile ko, I will increase na my asking price.

I'm very disappointed with elance.com as in nakakainis..to think na im working for two years a freelancer eh nagoyo pa din ako sa first job ko with them. Beware mga sis sa elance kasi even if verified client at with good history at offer is per hour job careful padin kayo kasi hindi guaranteed na they will pay you just like mine. Check nyo if yung "Work Review" sa Center Left Side ay naka Ready mode at Status ay Okay kasi like mine wala nagawa elance kasi unlike with odesk na when client hire you and offered per hour contract sure ka na they will pay you sa elance hindi ganon. So careful lang po, elance client maybe offering a good rate pero walang security sa contractor like us...POV ko lang naman ito because of my experience at im not saying lahat ganito pero careful kayo.
