I'm working with odesk.. I quit my job sa call center to work at home. I'm blessed to have an employer na mabait. Kahit walang masyadong work, we are required to be online 40 hours per week.  Dalawa lang kaming agents nya. So far, kami din yung pinakamatagal sa kanya kaya gusto niya kaming i-keep dalawa. He also increases our rate every six months at may bonus kami na natanggap last December.. Di din siya strick kasi we can always ask him kung pwede di kami papasok nung December 25, pumayag naman siya.

Sa sobrang aliw niya, he will be here this weekend para i meet kaming 2. kakatuwa at kakataba lang ng puso.

mas okay sa elance mga sis, mas madali makakuha ng work. sa odesk matagal, right now i have 4 active candidacies pero dedma na ko kasi may job na ko sa elance. advise ko lang sa mga nahihirapan maghanap, maglagay kayo ng as many portfolios as you can. i-enumerate nyo na rin yung tasks na kaya niyong gawin sa self description. from answering phones, sorting emails, bookkeeping...to the most technical ones. hindi effective yung tipong resume type lang ang profile, it has to have something that will catch clients' attention. newbies, ingat sa mga data entry offers na nagsasabing madali at newbies are welcome, most likely, captcha entry job yun, wala kayong mapapala dun.

^ Thanks sis. Paswerte swerte at tiyagaan lang talaga. Daming agents na na dumaan sa kanila, yun nga lang dami ding hindi tumagal. Iba't ibang reason. Una, Namatayan, nawalan ng kuryente at internet, naospital si ganito, ganyan, hanggang lagi nalang absent. Syempre pag wala si agent kawawa yung agent na natira or kailangan ni isang agent na mag overtime to cover the shift of absent agent.  And daming kwento. Yung manager nga naming kano, sanay na sa mga ganitong excuses. Pinoy lang kasi yung hinahire nila.

I used to hire people na makakasama namin.. Nakahire ako ng mga 4 agents and i trained them.  I offered them part time muna like 20-30 hours per week that will eventually lead them as a fulltime agent.. Di mo talaga matuturo ang dedication sa tao. Lahat sila nawala, yung isa awol, di makaantay na maging fulltime, absences, natutulog during shift.

Hay! Sayang yung pagod na itrain yung tao at yung opportunity din to have a stable and good paying job while working at home. Ngayon, the management settle for 2 agents lang daw muna.

Tiyagaan lang talaga ang lahat..

Mga sis, I have a full-time job from 8am to 5pm... i get home around 7pm.. possible kaya ko makahanap ng part-time job na homebased? help naman mga sis... need ko kasi extra income for baby...

possible naman to earn 30k a month. pay sa last project ko was $6/hour, so if full time yun na regular around $960 yun per month which is roughly about P38400 monthly. yun lang part time lang siya saka short term contract so around $120 lang ang nakuha ko dun total for 1 week. tiyaga lang talagang maghanap if gusto mo mag fulltime.

You have to earning around P187.50 per hour (or roughly charge around $4.60 per hour) for 40 hours per week.

just got my first job in elance and very happy ako kasi mataas yun rate for Data entry job which is $3 pero naguguluhan ako sa elance plus un time tracker nila hindi user friendly i mean nakakailan click na ako ayaw pa din mag stop ng time tracker. Tapos nakakawindang na yun per hour job is not guaranteed pa din depend sa Client if he'll opt to guaranteed hour payment. basta naguguluhan ako pero like I said way better kesa Odesk rate yun payment if mabayadan ako. Siguro nasanay ako sa Odesk kaya nahirapan ako sa elance or magulo lang talaga elance..ewan, basta okay na kasi me client.

Anyways, I'm with odesk for two years nadin and have active long term client ngayon which I'm very thankful to have. Naisipan ko lang try elance dahil masyado steep competition now a days sa Odesk tapos mababa ang rate dahil sa mga indians

When you say "keyword ratio should not be more than 2.5%" ano ibig sabihin?  This is my first time to encounter such, pero familiar ako sa mga ganitong requests ng employer kasi nababasa ko sa requirements ito. Eto kasi required sa current na pinapasulat ng boss ko.  Help please!
