Legal po ba na siraan kayo ng isang tao because of what she calls joy reservation? I don't understand how it becomes a criminal act kung hindi naman po siya pre-ordered or anything? Also, nashock nalang ako kasi kagagaling ko lang sa hospital dahil naadmit yung 2mos. old son ko, tapos pag-open ko sa facebook, naninira na yung seller when I informed her beforehand na I can't settle such obligation kaya I cancelled the order nalang. She posted photos of me without my permission in her profile calling me a joy reserver. Nainsulto ako kasi wala naman akong kinuha sa kanya. Sana naman po may proteksyon sa consumer rights ng mga online buyers. I'm also an online seller pero hindi ko naman po inuugtas o sinisiraan ang buyers ko kung wala talaga siyang pera. Single mom ako at 19, it's not an easy job.

Pwede po kaya siya mareport sa fb mga sis? Ano po alam niyo? Kakainis po kasi eh.

Based on my experience, dati like 2009 nagpost din ako once ng joy reserver but then realized later on na di mo naman mapipilit yung tao if wala naman talagang pambayad or something came up (in your case) sakit lang ng ulo. So ako my terms are, if you don't pay within 3 days after submitting your order form, I considered that as a cancelled transaction na and not dwell on it anymore. Mas marami akong buyers na kelangang intindihin

Try to talk to the seller. Parang pag ganun kasi, either wala talaga siyang masyadong buyers or baguhang seller hihi Well you're right, unless it is pre-ordered, she has the right na talakan ka but that doesn't justify her posting pictures of yours and branding you as a joy reserver.

Thanks sis. I did try talking to her. Family of lawyers kasi family namin and sabi nila di lang naman daw cybercrime law ang basehan, Facebook is now considered a publication since "PUBLISH" and word na gamit sa post button. Magrereklamo talaga kami, kung may natanggap sana ako na item, ako siguro magiging criminal dun. Eh, wala. I tried talking to her naman kaso inaway lang ako. All i know is, Php200,000 ang penalty sa ginawa niya, kung maapprove pa talaga ang cybercrime, mas malaki pa dun makakaso ko sa kanya.

hi sis.. u can reach$1 mga 2 hours or less. depende kasi sis sa rate, and sa madaling araw talaga yung higher rate. for someone na looking for extra ok naman to  search mo sis megatypers na thread

Thanks sis! Sorry, ang dami kong tanong. haha! i just really need a part-time job badly kasi I have a job naman as a writing consultant. The problem is that we cater to students abroad, so come summer term nila, 3 mos. yung, baka wala masyadong clients, eh output based kami. So there. In a month ba, how much do you usually earn sa megatypers if you don't mind me asking? thank you!

I feel so blessed. I am currently working as a full-time virtual assistant for an American employer. Pero alam nyo hindi sya makwenta sa trabaho. As in ang dalang nya mag utos pero I get paid on time. Sometimes he even gives me extra pag me project na mejo toxic. I love working for him. I resigned from a high paying job kasi I want to take care of our 9 month old son. halos kalahati lang ang salary ko sa homebased job ko but nase-save namin ng hubby ko kasi my hubby takes care of everthing. Hay, thank you Lord sa blessing. I also pray sa business ng employer ko kasi he deserves it kasi he is a kind-hearted person.
