Thanks for this post, sytlishmomy. Mag one year na rin ako doing mostly part time jobs palang and malapit na ako mag surrender at bumalik sa corporate world. I guess I need to be more patient on myself. Looking forward talaga ako to get a fulltime homebased job, we're in a not-so-good financial situation right now.

^^sa odesk and lately sa remotestaff sis. matagal rin, pero hopeful pa rin naman ako. homebased jobs --- it's the perfect job for mommies talaga.

^^I also went through a long wait sis... with 20 chances to apply, buti may isang mg invite ng interview, the rest are rejected applications and that interview, lucky if you get hired but I never gave up sis. Everyday naman may bagong job posts so watch out for it lalo na around 1am onwards Good luck!

beware lang po.. kasi kahit homebased jobs may mga scammers pa rin.. may isang employer na in.add ko sa skype kasi diba doon usually yung initial interview ginagawa ang sabi hindi daw siya naniniwala on interviews so diretso na siya dun kung ano dapat ko gawin. he was saying I have to pay for something kasi may ipapadala daw siya sa pinas .. eh sa isip ko  ba't ako magbabayad eh online job tapos magbabayad ako?.. kaya binlock ko na siya agad sa skype ko.. tsk dami na talagang manloloko ngayon

ako last year naloko din ako. tambay ako ng hiring center dati eh ayun may nagpost ng article job tapos nakapasa at tinanggap ako. dumating ang 1 month di ako binayaran dun sa mga ginawa kong articles nasa 2k din siguro yun. binayaran pala ako $5 sa paypal, mukhang nakunsensya sa effort ko pero nasa $40+ ata ang dapat kong singilin sa kanila. hayun di na nagparamdam. kung nag odesk sana ako last year baka di pa nasayang effort ko.

^^Yes that's true, marami pa rin scammers online. Kaya do your homework pa rin talaga. Kaya thankful rin ako sa GT kasi marami mga sisses na nagse-share ng info.

sis stylishmomy, I liked what you said about not giving up. Ngayon lang, kakatawag lang sa ken nung isang BPO Company inviting me for an interview next week. Nakaka-tempt i-accept kasi need ko na rin talaga mag-earn. Pero I know na kapag nag office-based na naman ako, ma-compromise na naman ang mga kids ko. Kaya I'd like to stay focused on the goal to get a fulltime homebased job.

^sis I agree, with your background in BPO, Im sure may makikita kang okay na job online
wala akong work experience kahit kunti, service screw, secretary or kahit anong trabaho wala talaga and I didnt finish my college degree but I am currently working for real estate company in Australia and for an internet company in Jordan, not to brag mga sis but if you consider my case na walang skills or experience nakakuha ng full time... more chances are you on guys so just keep your faith.

Sisses, just an update for my online job: I was contacted by the employer na and will start training tomorrow. However contract ko is until August lang. Sana ma extend naman, na stress naman ako kasi bukas ko malaman results nung regular job na inapplayan ko na malapit samen. Nalito ako sa stability ko.

Made me realize that it's just not about the money just because we are having a problem financially right now. Let me share a quote para sa katulad ko na rin na still searching:

i have an account with odesk for months now pero ngayon ko lang kina-career ang paghahanap ng work dun. I resigned from being a TL in a call center last month, hoping na makakabuo na kami ng baby ni hubby but then, after 4 months wala pa rin baby and i am soooo bored na. ayoko na rin naman bumalik to a regular working environment because i need my time to be more flexi because i started an events planning business with some friends.

sa ngayon, i got an invitation for a job interview with odesk and naka-schedule na rin ako for an interview with remotestaff.com on monday.

i've been reading a lot of feedback about odesk pero bihira for remotestaff.com. can anyone share their experience with remotestaff? TIA sisses!

@sis dreamworks, thank you for that inspiring quote. Don't worry you're not alone sa financial problem kasi ako din pero let's keep praying lang sa mga goals natin. Sabi nga lagi ng asawa ko "God will provide!" since ginagawa naman natin yung pwede nating gawin para kumita

^I know someone sis na ganyan ang situation last month kaya lang nagstart na ulit ata sya magwork, di na kasi kami nakakapag YM Much better na yun kaysa ma stress sya sa bahay nila, mas lalo sila di makakabuo mag asawa Pero I pray pa din na magkaanak na sila Good for you kasi kahit nasa bahay ka na eh may business ka naman to keep you busy.

i've been reading a lot of feedback about odesk pero bihira for remotestaff.com. can anyone share their experience with remotestaff? TIA sisses!

Di, hello! I was employed with remotestaff 4 years ago.  OK naman sila; the owner, Chris interviewed me. Back then, kaunti pa lang kami.  Anyway, similar to odesk, may screenshot thingy din sila.  Eh that time, I had different rakets din, but I was able to make it.

They paid me on time.  Walang problem with the management.  The reason why I stopped working was that their client stopped paying them, so in essence, nawala rin kaming nagwowork dun sa account na yun. They contacted me after a year or so, but I was busy with other clients.

Anyway, to cut it short, ok sila. I have no complaints about them.

Have you heard of Outsource Factor? I think they are similar to Remotestaff but with Outsource, they are not involved in the financial transactions between the client and the contractor. Has anyone tried working here?

mga sis, speaking of financial problem, I was on the same boat with you 2 years ago but because dumating sa buhay ko si Odesk  medyo gumaan ang buhay ko.definitely, we will be delivered from financial problems ...although, right now , until next week na lang  yung long term client and nag iisang contract ko na lang...pero I keep on believing and keep on standing..kasi alam ko may plan si God to turn things around in my favor...

Kaya keep going lang tayo,at dapat embrace natin ang positive thinking
