@powerofpink skin regenerates every 28 days... but as we grow older it slows down... don't use it that frequently coz ninipis ang skin mo...your skin will also be super sensitive to the sun

nagppeel na underarm ko and na notice ko na maputi yung balat after magpeel, dapat ba ipeel ko sya o hayaan ko lang na magbalat by itself?
ang sarap kasi balatan kasi ang puti nung nabalatan eh. hehe!

^let it peel by itself. don't force peel, else it may lead to darkening

update [textspeak!] po, jul 28 first application ko tca, its been 4 days no peeling yet, horror yata [textspeak!] sa akin, kc una ng reddish and now brownish na, mukhang sunog ko ata...

^iba iba kasi reaction ng skin with tca or any other chemical peel... but it's really like that (turning brownish na parang nasunog)    i remember before, what my derma did was diamond peel coz my skin won't peel

cheapest price i saw is from phildermasupplier... the downside is you have to pick it up from their office at qc (walking distance from gilmore station)... shipping will cost you a lot

^that's why anti-irritation cream is needed (like hydrocort/hydrocortisone)

@brattinella - Thanks! Yeah, I was told that it makes your skin manipis when you keep on peeling daw. I'm thinking na wag na lang ulit mag-peel pero sayang naman to TCA ko madami pa.

@Honeys - Naku! Ganyan din ako before, akala ko din nasunog at super hapdi pa nun as in ayoko mahahawakan or tatama legs ko kasi masakit but luckily after the skin peeled, wala naman scars or brown spots na naiwan because of that brownish cast

naku eto at nabubuhayan ako ng loob, hehe..d naman masakit yung sa akin mukhang superficial lang ng skin top layer lang, after mag peel off dun ko makita result, update na lang ako uli,patience lang pag ganitong my downtime..tiis ganda ika nga hahaha..

sa knees ko carry lang kc mas thick yung skin, after a month ulit me uli till mag even out na yung color sa legs ko.

oo nga dami ko pa din tca, kaya share ko sa relatives ko, then monthly ako mag lagay s knees ko..yun eh kung maganda maging result..

compared to gpo, sa tca ba you will do it once lang? kasi gpo diba 3days and hindi sya pwede mabasa. tama ba?

base dun sa instruction one time application, bale ginawa ko
7pm - 1st application
7:20 - 2nd coat
7:40 - 3rd coat

need 15 to 20 mins interval..the next day, bale gabi na din saka ko binasa.

^you put water with baking soda sis? para yata sya maneutralize. o pinapatuyo mo lang?

wala na akong nilagay sis..just plain water n let it air dry..

finally start peeling na rin  on my 6th day..macro peeling talaga siya..wait ko na lang till ma complete yung peeling.

for me itchy kapag bagong apply ng tca, but now na peeling stage na, hindi na makati.

@crybaby05 it's not necessary to neutralize your skin when doing TCA but just prepare in case your skin reacts badly when you apply it   stay below 30% to avoid accidentally damaging your skin

^hydrocort/hydrocortisone cream should be applied when it's so itchy.... to prevent irritation also
