Wearing authentic crystals for good luck

God created the world with oodles of stuff at our disposal to use and/or enjoy.  He created these crystals.

As I said, IMO -- crystals are just tools to use to focus on energies.  But you have to be the one to find whatever energy you are after.  The crystals will not make it happen for  you. It still redounds  back to:  God helps those who help themselves. 

Lol, kahit na ba you wallow in rhodochrosite or rose quartz, and you concentrate and program 24/7 -- you are not guaranteed to get that man you are hankering for  at  your doorstep.  Sure,  you send out these loving energies but he has his free will and own set of energies.  So, puedeng hopia! Lol

As with most inter-actions/relationships -- best to focus on what is within your control -- yourself, your own energies.

             THE CRYSTAL BIBLE   Vol. 1     by Judy Hall

is a good start.  Specially for people who want it straight to the point, and simple, but complete. 
There is a Vol. 2 but IMO, it is not as useful as the next book cited below;
           
             GEMS OF WISDOM   GEMS OF POWER     by Teresa Kennedy

gives you practical tips  and clues to ascertain the authenticity/identity of crystals that interest you

and   THE BOOK OF STONES    by Robert Simmons  &  Naisha Ashian


WILDBUTTERFLY:  If you are drawn to ROSE QUARTZ,
                            look into the following too:
                                  RHODOCHROSITE,  POPPY JASPER & RHODONITE

Unscrupulous sellers will pass off the latter 2 for the more popular Rhodochrosite.   
     Just remember:
                             Rhodochrosite has "waves" or big whorls;
                             Poppy Jasper has concentrations of circles/rings that
                                  appear like flower clusters; and
                             Rhodonite has black bands.

I am not sure if Acc Lab has bronzites.  -- never saw these in the Phils.

   I  got mine from Seattle and San Fo.  it isn't rare nor pricey,  but must be hard to market coz it is of a dark-speckled  unattractive brown color.  So since very  few probably get visually taken by these -- these are not commonly sold.

Btw kaya i am drawn to rose quartz kasi it helps in balancing the hormones and infertility.

When you come across a crystal store, go in, browse and ask questions. Lol, WILDBUTTERFLY -- dyan ako natuto about authenticity.. Read the book, then go see the stores, then ask questions.  .

The place I got to see a wide variety of crystals, and range of prices and quality is at that CRYSTAL WORLD at The Venetian - Macau.   Locally, Accessory Lab at Powerplant.  There is Obelisk at The Peninsula too.  Focus on the crystals, shut out the "charms".  I am not telling you to buy at these stores - just go to  see, so  you will add a dimension to your readings. Well,  may integrity kasi sa stores na ito -- they do not pass off anything  as something, so you learn.  So next time you swing by the Phils - go see.  .

Gets ko na why you are concerned about being a Christian  and crystals -- crystals, remember are created by God..these are gifts to us.  Yang mga charms, manmade yan. Mga put this in this part of your house,  etc etc  is basically  feng shui.   IMO, there is  a big difference.  Though even feng shui - if you view it as orderly and clean commonsense  living - is reconcilable  with Christian belief.   Pero if you go overboard and attach too much confidence in manmade stuff and advice -- well, iba na yon IMO.  the goal through time after all,  IMO, is to develop your spirituality, whatever  your religion.  So, it may be best for one's personal development to detach  from   "charms" . Authentic crystals are not charms but, IMO, tools for focusing energies.  Now,  if you view charms as just  pretty accessories - yeah, go indulge yourself.

I just got back from HK and I was able to visit Chinese Arts & Crafts.. grabe yung mga jade and crystals dun no? Pinaka matinding nakita namin was 200M HKD!

I also have the quartz that has golden strands.. Golden Rutilated Quartz sya.. ganda no? Napaparami na rin ang collection ko.

I was able to chance upon an authentic seller sa Jade Market (ingat lang sa pag bili dun mga sisses) ng Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst na dark colored necklace and another Golden Rutilated Quartz na more opaque crystal and siksik yung gold strands..
Dagdag na yun sa Tiger Eye ko, Citrine, Moonstone (with tiger toothed dzi), Rose quartz, Moss Agate and Orange Adventurine (with Yellow Jade, Garnet and Agate combo)

Funny no minsan, ang sarap I suot lahat ng sabay sabay kaso ang sagwa kasi parang puro borloloy ka na.. haay..
I choose lang what I need enhancement for the day though pero madalas pag may meeting ako na need ko focus and brainstorming to the max , its Tiger Eye, Citrine, Golden Rutilated Quartz combo..
Pag new ventures naman at bagong project, isasabay ko si Orange Adventurine, Citrine at Golden Rutilated Quartz..
at night, if I want to relax, its my Moonstone naman, Rose Quartz and Amethyst necklace (and bracelet din) -- same din if spending time with family.
if I need to think and plan naman for the day or the week, its Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Tiger Eye..

I'm curious about crystals. As accessories I think they're very pretty, bonus na lang kung anuman ang good energy na manggagaling sa kanila. I'm not sure how to distinguish the real from fake ones, though. Park na lang muna 'ko dito and see what I can learn.

FELINE13 - yeah - the stuff at CAC are great -- I go learn about best quality crysals there.  Lol.  Haven't bought anything yet though.  I hanker for the perfect toumaline neckace strands and the pale violet sugilite bracelets -- ahhhh, ngek. At 200thousand+++ pesos  each --  "another day"....   

Lol, hwag!  daw say per my lola: "can't afford/sobrang mahal".   ---  say  daw: "another day" or " not now".    Lol

QUENNA, if you won't mind my asking -- why did you buy that type and shape and size?  Trust your instincts, you will feel where to position it.   

For protection of family and home???
OMG 2008 was a bad year for my family - patong patong problems: health and business.  My expert  crystal friend said to gird the house with SELENITE & BLACK TOURMALINE -- and put a black tourmaline somewhere facing the front door.  To-date, all in place.  So far,  very good.
But do not be surpised if longstaying house staff leave -- let them go.  It s best for your family.

Per my experience, QUENNA -- CITRINE works best for jacking up positive or optimistic vibes.
  Where grrrr ka naman,  for example, that is the area where you deal with your helpers, take most calls, see most family members/house staff in your home --put ROSE QUARTZ with ORANGE AGATE.   
I put that in my family daily dining area -- nabawasan my "bite", hubby's too. Lol

QUENNA, look for dark areas of your home -- where energy is stale or negative. Re-invigorate, but not
agitate, these areas.
May be as simple as opening your curtains to let the sunshine in for a couple of hours; operating your Ipod there awhiLe on speakers;   putting tumbled stones of rutilated quartz, rose quartz, fluorite in a
small bowl there.   

Pag a house mas lamang stale or negative energy -- you will feel it: "mabigat" sa unang step pagpasok mo --  -- get the black tourmaline and also  put a clear quartz where it can catch sunlight and refract it
back  into your house -- even for just a few minutes/for awhile, daily.
Or, if that is not possible -- put the quartz on top of a light source -- yung naiilawan sa base yung clear
quartz mo.  Keep that on for hours, daily -- until gumaan ang hose ambiance. Do not worry/be
afraid...mine required 3 months!!! Ngek     

QUENNA,  if your clear crystal isn't "talking" to you -- put it away muna.     
You may not yet be ready to use the energy in you  that crystal magnifies.   
May ganyan ako, a cathedal crystal -   aysus, siguro kasi I am so into sooo many things,  ni hindi ako matuto mag meditate.    Hindi bale, 1 day  I will become as calm as FE GLORIA.  .

Ok -- Accessory Lab at Rockwell, Obelisk at The Peninsula, Arnel  Papa at GB5 has, sometimes.   

IF you know crystals  sufficiently,   --  go to PHIA GEMS now at Stall 92 at the Greenhills eternal tiangge. Lol     BUT -- be careful, do not get distracted.  Pay close attention to what you have in hand.  If
you doubt the color and authenticity  -- don't get it.   basta - be forewarned ha on the latter ha at hwag nyo ko masisi. 

Go to Acc Lab, look and learn; then try Stall 92. 
Sometimes kasi,  feel ko -- sobra na pricing of the  former.  We should all be able to afford & enjoy crystals.  . 

There is another better-priced store at Binondo, but you must know about crystals first.  Got good stuff there -- pero you must know your crystals or else aliwin ka ni Atong. Lol

So for beginners -- Accessory  Lab is a good place to start. 
If you are after really better quality - Obelisk at thevPen.     
But the really best source is Crystal World at The Venetian -Macau.   

All crystals are created equal, parang tao lol - peo may mas maganda di ba?  So prices differ, sometimes scandalously, depending on quality, uniformity, and size. .   But a crystal is a crystal, bifg r small, etc.  What matters is authenticity.

Authentic  jade -- best to  get from a trusted jeweler.  The price range is very very wide.  There are several colors of jade - white, yellow, green, pink.   The most expensive is green jade that looks like it contains water.

we buy from Ongpin, Binondo sa may Salazar St. after our good friend introduced us to crystals/gemstones my husband and i are crystal enthusiasts na hehe we have several pieces of raw black tourmalines at home. my husband wears black tourmaline, jade and citrine. my daughter wears jade and black tourmaline and me depending on my mood hehe i choose from amethyst, zircon, aquamarine, aventurine, moonstone, citrine or clear quartz. on certain times i use my blue sapphire.

yes, some stores take advantage and price too high.

first time na bumili kami napagastos but there is this feeling na worth it yung binili namin and hindi ako nanghihinayang  later confirmed na ganoon din naramdaman ng husband ko. interested to learn more about crystals too. will check the books you mentioned.
