Football/Soccer in the Philippines is now famous due to the AZKALS team that are encouraging everyone to know/play the sport.

my boyfriend plays soccer since high school pa lang siya.. nung naging kami lang ako nahilig sa football.. (ala angelika and derek ang drama) need ko aralin kasi yun ang sports nya. every weekends meron sila game.. currently meron ngayon UFL (united football league) that is ongoing. I saw yesterday at alabang country club Aly borromeo and the one del rosario, forgot the name wafu nila!

nakakapagod na sport definitely! run run run then control pa bola..

girls try watching football and for starters try watching AZKALS game in studio 23 may mga replays sila.. not sure lang kelan ipapalaba yung laban nila sa Bangladesh 3-0! 

They'll be having their challenge game for FIFA on June. Support PH-AZKALS! kahit karamihan foreigners...

I don't have a sport, but I got heavily into football after last year's world cup. I now follow the European leagues. I'm a fan of FC Barcelona and Chelsea FC. As for the NTs, Die Mannschaft and the Azkals of course!

azkals will have a game here in PH on July, sri lanka i think ang kalaban! will watch definitely since sa Manila ang game!

I played football in HS then stopped playing during college. Though I never lost my passion for it, lalo na at ang hubby ko ay futbolero since he was a toddler (he was also a part of the Phil Team, hindi pa AZKALS ang tawag dati). He is coaching now. Eventually, since I'm into teaching din naman, I started coaching na rin and yon na ang sideline namin ni hubby :-)

wow galing ninyo mag hubby sis! malaki din bayad ata pag nag tuturo sa mga kids ng futbol.. 
gusto ko pag aralan papaturo kay BF hahaha kaya lang wala ako shoes.. 
sana makanuod na kami ng laban nila VS kuwait dito sa pinas.. wala kami naabutan tickets last time against SRI LANKA

anyway, atleast meron pa din game ang AZKALS sa taiwan this coming september at meron pa suzuki cup next feb 2012 daw mag training pa sila ng bongga

1992 ako nag start maglaro ng football(1st yr HS). I was addicted to it,in fact it is the major reason why I never got to finish college
puro dropped ang grades ko in 3rdyr college as instead of going to school, pag may nadaanan akong naglalaro, hindi na ako papasok at makikipaglaro na ako
but sadly, in the mid 90's hindi sikat yung football, and much more, people thought girls can't play soccer, and nasa probinsya ako, there weren't much oppurtunities.
we only had 1 cup every 2yrs to look forward too and it was hard to look for other girls to complete our roster. Salamat naman at sumikat na football ngayon.
Im now grooming my daughter to be a future player for the women's national team =))

^sa probinsya kasi sikat ang football sa pilipinas sis kaya ok lang d sikat ang football dati at least ang passion nasa laro. Ngayon kasi nasa players ang tutok kaya sikat.

Football fanatic din ang mister ko, football player din kasi sya dati and coach. At gaya ng isang sis natin, naging RP team rin dati ang husband ko. Ako naman, mga 8 yrs pa lang ako interesado sa football si zidane ang gustong-gusto ko france nanalo sa world cup nung 2004 at talagang sinubaybayan ko yun

^agre my boyfriend is from cebu and he says nga na madaming magagaling sa ilo-ilo, bacolod etc...
wow great sis gabriela sana nga mahalin din ng daughter mo ang football..

anways, any of you planning for 2014 FIFA in brazil? we're thinking and saving for it!! hopefully mag materialize!

^ i think my daughter actually likes football. Nung smartcup eliminations dito sa location ko, she never missed a game! hahaha..5yrs old pa lang yan ha at ang daming tanong
and when i told her ipapasundo ko na siya ayaw niya kasi gusto pa niya manood, i told her I'd buy her a new barbie doll (yung fashion fairy tale na matagal na nyang hinihingi) sabi ayaw kasi manonood daw talaga

I used to be a part of the varsity team dito sa university namin. Kaso nag-inactive ako due to academic reasons. Pero I would love to play again if I had the chance. Hindi ako fan ng Azkals although I love watching their game.

i dont play the sport but im a football fan. i dont watch azkals game that much though. puro european leagues. euro cup na sa june 8, maiiba na naman ang timezone ko. hehe.

my hubby and my friends are saving up for Brazil this 2014, sana matuloy kami kahit 1 week lang at kahit isang beses lang kami makapanood sa mismong stadium =)
