Hi mga sis,

I've done 2 rounds of this last 2010 pa, and i did loose 30+ lbs., I've used drops lang because too hassle for me mag inject.... but even after 2 rounds, I'm not quite sure if hcg really made me loose those weight or bec. of the vlcd.... but nevertheless, there are few points i learned from this diet which i think is very important, at least for me....

when you are in the maintenance phase na
1.  is to weigh yourself everyday, a buffer of 2lbs more or less - if i gain more than 2 lbs, it's an indication for me, to cut back on the day's food, or exercise more,  this I realized can give you a really good view of your weight.... unless of course you're in the process of muscle building.... because muscle  weighs more than fats....(exercising is not recommend daw when in hcg diet ha, this is when you're off hcg and maintaining what you've lost)

2.  Is I can live with limited carbs, before hcg diet.... i really love to eat rice and carbs... but because of the "strict" protocol of hcg, I've learned not eat too much carbs, especially during phase 3... and now i really can say that I can have a meal without eating rice....... hindi na sya "main course" or staple for me....

3.  Is to drink really lots and lots of water.... this really keeps you hydrated... and moisturize... prob. lang is you always pee... lol

yes, there are quite a few set backs in hcg.... no. 1 is loosing hair... bec. of vlcd i believe... i've experienced this before and it really drove me nuts... what I do nalang is to take some supplements.... another thing is i think hindi toned yung body... which is why i plan to go back to the gym upon loosing prob. 70% of my excess weight..

Now, I'm beginning my 3rd round.... I don't intend to do this forever, this is just to spark up my diet... and when i reach to loose 70% of excess weight.... I'll go back to the traditional way of loosing weight which is eat a little less and exercise... exercise.... to toned up my body.....

good luck to all sisses doing this protocol and wish me luck too! =)

hi sis, it's halata when i'm taking a shower, makikita mo yung drainage puno ng hair but i have thick and really long hair kasi (long hair = looks more marami) to begin with, i guess around 1/4 ng total volume ng hair ko yung nalagas, but no one  have noticed it naman, aside from the supplements, nag hair grower din ako... haha.. kumapal naman ulit sya, but not as thick as before pa... still waiting for the others to grow lol

^ eto rin ang kinatatakutan ko kasi in the first place, prob ko na hair loss..just an update, i lose 8 lbs na, one week pa lang. pero the funny thing is, hindi ako tuloy2 sa diet. like will diet for 3 days, then loading ulit..starting today, am going to follow strict diet. pero like the others, im thinking its really because of the diet and not of the drops. me mga days kasi na minsan twice lang me mag drops..hopefully will lose more pounds..

Hi sis, grabe 1/4! Andami nun a! Pero sa bagay, mas mapapansin siguro yung pagpayat kaysa pagnipis ng hair. Sabin na nila, you can't have everything. Hehe.. Tiis ganda! Haha.. Thanks sis! :)

Hi Sis sweet butterfly, salamat. Sige nga ata hahanapin ko yang the lunchbox. Nagtanong din kasi ako sa kitchenelle at sa sexy chef and they quoted me 750 and 850 respectively. Where do you buy your drops? Merong hcg x-30 sa gnc at ang price is 6k. Meron as net, 6.9k (hcg diet Philippines). Meron pa bang I bang mas mura but safe and effective?

Angling mo sis, congrats on the 20lbs! :)

hello, i'm a newbie...can someone guide me as to how to get these magical hcg drops?  nag-try ako sa ebay ke jem jewel but i dunno kung paano ba nagwo-work yun system sa ebay (also my first time to try that).  it would be better if i could contact jem (or regina), i tried leaving a message...just dunno if she got it.  anyway, mukhang desperado na ako talaga mag lose ng weight but cannot afford naman the 6900 hcg drops i saw sa fb.   i was recently diagnosed to have an early onset of arthritis of my knees...and my doctors are all telling me to lose some weight.  becoz of my arthritis, i couldn't lose weight like i used to.  dati kc madali lang becoz i love high intensity work outs. now, bawal na ang mga ganun...only stationary bike lang and that is if my knees are not painful.  (osteoarthritis kc).  hope someone here could help me how to get this para naman i could lose a few pounds...10 pounds lang, happy na ako at mga doctors at mga knees hehe...

Hi mga sis. Started my HCG feb27 to mar2. i lost 4 pounds that time with cheating once in a while. hehe. tapos i had my monthly visit kaya i had to stop for 2days since heavy pa un period. nung nag-light na, i started again. mar5 to be exact. back to zero ako and loading ulit. started at 181lbs.

mar5-181lbs (weight ko before i took the drops)
mar6-178.8lbs
mar7-178lbs (nag-cheat kasi ako. hehe.)
mar8-176.6lbs

what i am doing is a combination of hcg and blood type diet. i have checked kasi DR. D'ADAMO studies. tutal naman e pinaparusahan ko na ang sarili ko e di lubus-lubusin ko na diba? lols! i am a blood type O. so, low carb diet ako. i maintain the 500 calorie diet pero i eat un mga pwede lang sa blood type ko. cant eat food na may wheat, flour, sugars, eggs, milk. dairy products. everything that has high carb. kasi un daw nagpapataba sa type O.  =)

to help you, sisses..

According to naturopath Peter J. D'Adamo, N.D., in his book Eat Right 4 Your Type, the missing link might be the four basic blood types: O, A, B, and AB. "There had to be a reason why there were so many paradoxes in dietary studies and disease survival," why some people lose weight and others do not on the same diet or why some people keep their vitality as they age, and others do not, says Dr. D'Adamo.

His research into anthropology, medical history, and genetics led him to conclude that blood type is "the key that unlocks the door to the mysteries of health, disease, longevity, physical vitality, and emotional strength." Dr. D'Adamo explains that the practical application of the blood type "key" is that it enables you to make informed choices about your dietary, exercise, supplement, and even medical treatment plans. With the blood type "road map," these plans can now "correspond to your exact biological profile" and "the dynamic natural forces within your own body."

Type O-People with type O blood fare best on intense physical exercise and animal proteins and less well on dairy products and grains, says Dr. D'Adamo. The leading reason for weight gain among Type O's is the gluten found in wheat products and, to a lesser extent, lentils, corn, kidney beans, and cabbage, Dr. D'Adamo explains. Ideal exercises for Type O's include aerobics, martial arts, contact sports, and running.

Type A-Those with blood type A, however, are more naturally suited to a vegetarian diet and foods that are fresh, pure, and organic. As Type A's are predisposed to heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, "I can't emphasize how critical this dietary adjustment can be to the sensitive immune system of Type A," says Dr. D'Adamo. Type A's prefer calming, centering exercise, such as yoga and tai chi.

Type B-Type B's have a strong immune system and a tolerant digestive system and tend to resist many of the severe chronic degenerative illnesses, or at least survive them better than the other blood types. Type B's do best with moderate physical exercise requiring mental balance, such as hiking, cycling, tennis, and swimming.

Type AB-Blood type AB, the most recent, in terms of evolution, of the four groups and an amalgam of types A and B, is the most biologically complex. For this group, a combination of the exercises for types A and B works best, says Dr. D'Adamo.

Blood type, with its digestive and immune specificity, is a window on a person's probable susceptibility to or power over disease, according to Dr. D'Adamo. For example, Type O's are the most likely to suffer from asthma, hay fever, and other allergies, while Type B's have a high allergy threshold, and will react allergically only if they eat the wrong foods. Type B's are also especially susceptible to autoimmune disorders, such as chronic fatigue, lupus, and multiple sclerosis. Type AB's tend to have the fewest problems with allergies, while heart disease, cancer, and anemia are medical risks for them.

With arthritis, Type O's, again, are the predominant sufferers because their immune systems are "environmentally intolerant," especially to foods such as grains and potatoes which can produce inflammatory reactions in their joints, says Dr. D'Adamo. Types A and B are the most susceptible to diabetes, while types A and AB have an overall higher rate of cancer and poorer survival odds than the other types.

While you cannot change your blood type, you can use knowledge about its nature to implement a dietary plan biologically suited to your makeup, says Dr. D'Adamo, who supplies copious details on eating plans for all four types. "Most of my patients experience some results [within two weeks of starting the diet plan]-increased energy, weight loss, a lessening of digestive complaints, and improvement of chronic conditions such as asthma, headaches, and heartburn."

sis, i still follow the 500 calorie diet. pero i base it sa kung anong allowed sa blood type ko. di ko lang iniinclude sa diet ko un mga bawal sakin like sample, eggplant, cabbage, corn oil, wheat, orange. un melba toast, contra sakin. kaya i dont use it. un black and white pepper, tinanggal ko din. pati vinegar. sa palagay ko, kaya hindi ako pumapayat sa balanced diet and exercise noon was because i still eat oatmeal, wheat bread etc kasi kala ko, healthy sya for me. healthy sya para sa ibang blood type pero sa blood type o, hindi.

baka kasi may mga food dun sa hcg recipes na kontra sa atin kaya most likely babagal or hindi umepekto ang hcg satin. additional info lang ito, mga sis. and alam nyo ba na these past few days, pag sinusunod ko faithfully un combination ng hcg with blood type diet, i lose 2pounds in one day? minsan pa nga 2.6 pounds in a day ang nalo-lose ko. saka pinalitan ko ng singkamas un apple kasi i personally do not like it saka wala sa chart ng blood type o.
