hi mga sis.. im into hcg diet. im on my 4th day phase 2, i lose 6lbs already. ang bilis nga.. dami ko na na try na diet before pero ito talaga ang pinaka effective. i need to lose 14lbs more

i started HCG protocol last week.  i do SQ injections.

ang effect niya is more of madaling maduwal.

i just took this dahil gusto ko ma lose ang extra fats particularly sa tummy while maintaining muscle content all over the body.

I tried this last year but wasn't able to finish the whole thing because I have gastritis sayang kase I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. not bad na din.

^garaj, i also felt the same nung 1st week ko kasi hindi nababawasan yung timbang ko. pero people around me noticed na malaki ang iniliit ng braso at face ko. same with my leg muscles and tummy. during 2nd week saka ko lang napansin na nababawasan na weight ko so i asked my friend kung ganun ba talaga, sabi nya iba-iba daw ang effect sa bawat tao. in my case naunang mawala yung fat deposits bago yung weight, kay bf naman na sabay ko magdiet eh unang nabawasan ang weight kesa sa muscles at tummy nya. kaya i think sa situation mo natural lang yun, baka kagaya sakin na iba ang effect sayo. wag ka mag-give-up kasi sayang naumpisahan mo na, tyagaan mo na hanggang matapos mo.

sa S&R ako nakakabili ng melba toast. akala ko may special something yun, wala naman pala. wala din lasa, pero better have a variety kesa sa wala.

my officemate has started with this diet. we can see that's very effective and he says that he's already lost 11lbs.

he bought the drops for 2600 for 20dys.

on a related note, my south beach diet provider now also makes/delivers HCG meals. so mas madali na mag HCG! i am seriously thinking of doing it na rin.
