yun colgate freebie came from a  dental quiz months ago, i think month of march pa yun. you just have to answer questions about teeth and hygiene. there were certain levels that would indicate kung anong price makukuha mo. sana meron ulit ganon! yun biggest size ng colgate yun yung freebie.

just go there and you have to order anything for dine-in then present the print out of the GC from the site.
