Pag parang kabute lang, sa susunod na lilitaw ulit, tapakan mo na sa ulo para di na makalitaw. Haha! Seriously, we get hurt because we let them hurt us. Noong hindi pa ako over sa ex ko, nagpalit ako ng number and I blocked him sa email ko. I communicated with him na lang ulit ng maka-move on na ako at may iba na akong mahal.  ;)

^lesters gal.. ano ba yun?

If there is one thing that I've learned from him it is to best ignore someone who isnt worth my time. And for all the things he did to me and for the mere fact that he walked away proved that he isnt worth my time. I did what must have been done long ago - i deleted him, blocked him and just made myself totally unavailable for him. Easy said than done, but at one point mapapagod din yung puso natin and have to build up the walls for it to heal. The temporary happiness he brings isnt worth all the pain it brought afterwards. I just cant go through it all again. I still miss him from time to time, my mind still wonders at the happy times spent with him, my heart still longs for him but at the end of the day fact still remains that he hurt me so much so all I can do is shake all those feelings off and just try my best to be happy to a life without him.

For all those who are in situation as me, all I can tell you is remember to love yourself first above all others, and comes with that is the need to shield yourself from any possible hurt that you know a person may bring. I'm not saying to ignore every guy who would show interest, but just keep your walls up high and break them down to someone who is proven worthy.  :)

^it took me awhile to learn all those things and caused me a handful of heartache. pero at some point we need to knock out of the stupidity and start getting back to our feet. Nothing is ever easy with love, well atleast for me, pero eventually it'll get better. I hope for the best for you sis, i know its not easy but eventually it'll get better. In time you will see that you made the right decision of staying away. :)

^ super agree with your statement sis. just want to re-iterate what i've said before that "time heals all wounds". i agree that staying away is a very good decision, kasi kung talagang kayo sa huli, for sure, magiging kayo pa din.. and when the right time comes that you're ready to love again, don't forget to love yourself and don't forget the lessons from your previous relationship.

^sobrang true yan sis, the dont forget to love yourself, noon kasi when i love someone sila ang inuuna ako so when I lose them I end up being lost, broken, crashed. But I just have to live and learn, keep moving forward but not forget the lessons I've learned, the mistakes I've committed.

I dont know if this will help but for me it did. I wrote him a letter pouring all my thoughts and feelings, you can or not send it to him (I did). After I did that I felt better and ready to move on. I didn't await for a reply or anything, I deleted all forms of communication with him na. I guess it was my way of getting a real final closure. parang final goodbye.  :)

^ agree ulit ako sa 'yo sis. parehas pala tayo ng ginawa.. hmm.. I asked God to help us na magkaron ng communication in which hindi ako ang mag-iinitiate kasi he's in a relationship na and I don't want to ruin it. So when he emailed me, i told him everything that I want to tell him, as in lahat pati galit ko sa kanya. I must say na it really helped me to feel better though i'm still in the process of moving on. Ganun nga yata talaga tayong mga girls, 'pag nagmahal na, nakakalimutan na ang sarili. Sa ngayon kasi, 'yan na ang mindset ko na dapat hindi ko makakalimutan ang sarili ko when I'm ready to fall in love again. Sa ngayon, parang gusto ko na i-enjoy muna ang pagiging single, though may mga times na nami-miss ko pa din sya at naaalala ko ang dati. pero hanggang dun na lang 'yun, I just trust God's plan for the both of us. I wish him well and I hope na happy na sya with his current relationship kahit na hindi ko pa din kaya tingnan ang fb profile nya with his new partner. In time, I know, magiging balewala na lang sa kin ang lahat. Above anything else, I'm still thankful kasi I know na despite everything that had happened, I'm still blessed. :)

^hay agree din ako sayo sis! As much as my heart wants to keep fighting for him I just cant na talaga, I gotta keep moving forward, walk away with my ego and well atleast whats left of it. One day we will look back and feel proud for taking that step away from them. One day we will meet that guy who will prove to us why it never worked for all the other ones. Pero for now I am just giving myself time to heal. Despite all the pain and hurt he caused me I still wish him to be happy. I told him that maybe losing me in his life did good, cause it led him to finding that someone who can really make him happy, and I am happy for him. It sounds kinda phony and it hurts to see him happy with someone else but I do mean it, that I am happy for him. Maybe one day it wouldn't hurt anymore but for now I'd rather just distant myself from any possible hurt. Out of sight, out of mind. I just wish that he wouldnt do to her what he did to me. But anyways, I know one day we will be more than alright, one day we will be happy din.  :)

sharing the text message that I received last night:

If u really want something, don't be so impatient
Relax and wait for the chance of grabbing it
Remember: No matter how many times you push the elevator button, it will not run any faster..
until the right floor comes...

^awww sis I can feel your pain while reading your post, while I was reading it naalala ko ang pain na napagdaanan ko. but omg hes a total douche! Alam ko theres nothing really I can say that can ease the pain you feel right now, pero in time the wounds will heal. You were able to get over him once, you can do it again. Just try to keep shaking off memories of him and just keep moving forward. Ang hirap magmove on ng biglaan na lang sila nawawala parang walang real closure between the two of you. But sometimes hindi natin pwede ipilit kung ano ang gusto natin, we have live what is there and just keep moving forward from there. I hope you'll soon feel better sis!

i hope that things will get better for  you soon. we all deserve to be happy

^I've honestly been through the whole self pity stage, and sad to say I have let go a possible better guy because of that. I felt just not good enough for anyone, my ex choose some ugly girl over me and hes happy and even now still I can't really say that I am ok with that fact. It makes me feel sh*t of myself that he'd rather be with an ugly girl than me, he left without giving me any real explanation nor closure that all I left to ask myself is "whats wrong with me? am I just not good enough? will I ever be good enough for anyone else?" and the questions goes on. But at some point I realize that I have to stop dwelling on the past, whatever his reasons I know I wouldn't get the truth from him. Guys are just like that, as much as they can they will try to put the blame on us or say whatever they can to clear their conscience. At some point you would want to be happy again, and realize that its not him who can make you really happy. Alam ko sis how hard what your going through right now, cause I've just gone through that and if theres anyway I can help you to feel better I would gladly help. The healing process takes time, try to do things that will get your mind off him or just do whatever you enjoy doing.

My advice for you, try to delete and block every communication with him - out of sight, out of mind and also try to delete him from your fb so you wont see updates about him. Alam ko thats not easy but at some point you have to stop listening to your heart and start thinking of how to protect your heart from more pains.

@_gigles_: we share the same thought din. even me yan din gusto kong gawin. we've been together for 5months, [textspeak!] sure na ok na ok talaga kami but may additional 2months na malabo. we just recently broke up. until now di ko pa rin kaya. i thought ok na ako and nkamove on na kahit papano. but yun pla, [textspeak!] pa. it's very painful. and i'm having a hard time kasi nagrreview ako now para board exam ko on nov-dec. i can't even study kasi i'm always sad and crying kc yun nga, di pa ako nkamove on. good thing on your part he even gave you the closure. at least he respected your relationship-in a way. eh sa akn, he never even tried to talk to me properly. imagine, 1wk before my graduation ipinamukha talaga nya sa akn thru text that we're really over daw. it hurts kasi usually ang mga bbae yung nageeffort talaga, eh ako binabalewla ko na yung mga previous fights nmin. patay mali ako na nagaway kami, tinatry kong amuhin ulit tpos un [textspeak!] pla sasabihin sau na break na kau, gnun [textspeak!]???heller. kainis. it was very hurtful. kc i was trying to catch things up 1wk before graduation or else d ako mkkgraduate tpos [textspeak!] makikisali pa sa mga problema ko sa skul. d entire summer d [textspeak!] nagpakita sa akin. i was so heartbroken at that time. it hurts kc he never tried to fix anything at all sa rel namin. meron na siyang tickets before to come [textspeak!] sa city 2tickets ha, different months, di nya sinakyan. even on my birthday hindi sya nagpakita. it was so hurtful. after my birthday, things got so rocky na. good thing sa inyo walang nangyari, eh sa amin he was my FIRST. i was his first rin daw. that's why i'm having a hard time moving on. :( it's not easy ibigay [textspeak!] ng basta2 [textspeak!] virginity ko to someone who can't even take care of me. eh to think dpat rape un. haha. eh kasi i was really against it, eh pinilit tlaga nya ako to do that. it made me think tuloy that he never really loved me, that he was just using me. tapos ngaun, kahit closure lang di pa nya mabigay sa akin. you know kng ano pangit sa story ko? kapatid siya ng friend ko. tapos ganyan pa kng makaasta, prang sino. it's so easy for guys to just let things go. prang sex is nothing to them. nainis tuloy ako. even though i know hindi na uso ngaun ang virgins, nagsisi tuloy ako kng bakit sa knya ko pa bngay. prang it's nicer if you'll give it to your husband tlaga. the one na magllast kau. until now i still wanted to ask him what happened along the way why he never even tried to explain to me bakit this time he really walked away from me. i know i did a lot of mistakes in the process. [textspeak!] prang [textspeak!] ng challenge for him, but then he should also understand me sana. kahit ako gusto ko pa rin [textspeak!] kausapin. but yes all of them are right, we won't get the answer we wanted and needed. if we think we can move on and be satisfied na once we can talk to them, no. i know and i'm sure we can't move on. until now umiiyak pa rin ako eh. kasi super sakit [textspeak!] mga ginawa nya. but ganito nalang iniisip ko, kahit pa sya yung guy na i think "the one" for me, mali ako. I prayed for this relationship eh, but I never asked God na sana it will last. I'm trying to be positive rin sometimes, sinasabi ko nalang sa sarili ko, he's not "the one" for me kahit pa love na love ko siya, pinataste lang sa akin ni God how it feels to love the person you think you'll end up with. parang i need to have a bad relationship first bago ko mareach [textspeak!] nice or good relationship. parang ganun din nakikita ko eh sa mga friends ko. some of them had bad relationships bgo sila nagkaroon ng nice relationships now. good guys who will love us will eventually come. we just have to wait. :)

^i never got the closure that I wanted I eventually just gave up and let go. During the process of moving on I am also in the process of learning to love myself above others. Dati kasi if I'm in a relationship sila ang inuuna ko, lahat binibigay ko so ngayon I'm learning to love myself and comes with loving yourself above others is the need to protect your heart from all the pains you know someone will/can cause. I will admit I am totally not over him, yes I still do love him but at the end of the day it just boils down to heart over mind or mind over heart and I always choose the latter. Cause like I've said on my previous post the short time happiness that he will bring is not worth the tenfold pain after.

i like that quote. yeah, correct. it's not worth it. i just don't get the point why he can't even say sorry to me sa lahat ng ginawa nya. there was a time wherein kinaladkad tlaga nya ako palabas ng bhay nila, he even slapped and pinagmumura pa nya ako. ako pa yung nagmukhang masama sa whole family nya. that's when her mom told him to move on and mkipagbreak na daw sa akin. dun ako nainis. he never even tried telling them that it wasn't my fault that things went that way. i just hated it kasi ang kapal ng mukha nya, i never felt worthy enough kasi nga di siya nagsorry. prang he wasn't sorry at all sa lahat ng nangyari. he can't even explain why he wants to break up with me. nkakabwisit na may mga taong hindi naaappreciate yung efforts mo and also yung di ka kaya ipaglaban kahit na you're trying to do everything you can, irisk lang lahat pra sa kanila. so not worth it. hai, how i wish i can move on soon na. it's not easy to tell my friends that yes that's why it's hard to move on kasi nga he was my first. i know it's easier to move on eh kng wala talagang nangyari sa inyo. tsk.

^cause guys are just like that, as much as they can they avoid arguments, especially arguments that can pin them as the bad guy. As much as they could they would put the blame on us. I dont know if its for them to try to clear their conscience or what. Its hard to move on, but we just have to, a part of us dont want to - that part that still clings to the "happy ever after with him" but we have to stay strong for ourselves. At this point where the happy ever after with him is proven not worthy for a moment we have to shut our hearts and let it heal. Everything I've been saying seems easy but it isn't, trust me I've been there. I've been in the moments of sleepless night, no appetite for food, the need to talk about it over and over again and the list goes on. Pero wala na talaga eh, its over and I really just have to keep living my life. Goodluck sis! One day you will find the happiness you deserve  :)
