awts nagpost nako sa kabilang thread. meron pala dito.. im a satisfied user of leisure 18 so far. naka 15 sachet ako and lose 13 lbs. walang exercise nga lang. kasi sa harap ng pc sa bahay ang trabaho ko sa ngayon. pero nacoconstipate ako talaga. kaya nagdudulcolax ako once in a while. pero mas effective yung biguerlai tea as laxative. nakakain ko naman lahat ng gusto ko. pero very minimal amount lang. basta masatisfied ko lang ang cravings ko. bawal akong magutuman kasi sumsakit ang tiyan ko and nahihilo ako. pero dito, kahit konti lang ang intake ko ng pagkain di naman ako nahihilo o sumasakit ang tiyan. still observing late side effects though.

i've tried it before. i used up two boxes and in less than 3 weeks, i lost almost 10 pounds. the problem is after two weeks of drinking, i felt pain in my neck especially around my throat. after check up, the doctor said im on my way to having hyperthyroidism. I immediately stop drinking and the pain stops. I suggest that before you start drinking this, have a check up regarding your thyroid glands. then after finishing a box, have another check up. Thyroid gland controls our metabolism.

This is my 5th day drinking L18... i dunno kung may result na ba pero so far.. un appetite ko di na katulad ng dati.. Dati kasi super voracious eater ako.. ngayon sabi ng mom.. parang pusa na lang daw ako kumain.. and yeah more on water...  kung sasabayan ng konting work out super din ang pawis parang kang nagshower...

Wala pa naman ako hyperthyroidism. Normal pa levels nung mga hormones that they have tested but I'm near the limit. Several symptoms ng hyperthyroidism lumabas nung umiinom ako nito but once I've stopped nawala din yung mga symptoms like yung pangangalay nga ng batok.
For those who experiences this symptoms, better have your thyroid gland check up. Baka pumayat ka nga but you are now suffering a sickness na mahirap pagalingin.

i've tried using the other leisure product, yung orange juice, i was on my 4th sachet palang when i noticed that i'm having difficulty breathing, i thought i was gonna die, that went on for 1 week together with chest pain, seryosong chest pain yun tapos exagge sa heartbeat. then i stopped on that 4th sachet kasi pakiramdam ko para kong mababaliw sa pakiramdam ko... takot din ako magpa-consult sa doctor kaya tiniis ko muna, then nung day na sabi ko hindi ko na talaga kaya (kasi natatakot na ako matulog dahil baka hindi na ako magising) i went to a chiropractor na lang, tapos akala ko naman papatunugin lang yung buto ko dun, kaso meron pa palang check up, tapos ayun i had undergone ECG tapos sabi sa result nag-iiskip yung heartbeat ko, then sabi nung doctor possible daw na mauwi sa heart attack yung ganitong cases (which made me more praning), until now nararamdaman ko parin na hindi pa maayos yung heartbeat pattern ko, nakakatakot lang talaga... so ngayon, nagpapa-bentosa ko weekly kasi it somehow relaxes me (forgetting my irreg heartbeat)..
