For my nephew's 1st birthday. I'm helping them look for a venue here in the south

Need your help po if may ma-recommend kayo venue. Hay, booked na almost lahat ng mga clubhouses. Yung iba naman super mahal.

Budget is P10,000 or less within Pasig, Greenhills, Makati Area.

On your choices of area, i believe there's none that is worth 10k and below.  There's one Valle Verde, but only if it would be on a Sunday at 10.4k.

i held my son's bday sa funhouse harison affordable [textspeak!] catering and 5k [textspeak!] [textspeak!] venue.. plus magagada [textspeak!] amenities if im not mistaken 180 [textspeak!] yata [textspeak!] kuha ko per head sa food tapos mura [textspeak!] ang corcage kung gusto nyo mag add ng food.. may kasama n [textspeak!] avp and balloon twisting..

It may be the Riverfront.  I believe it's 10k if you will just be sponsored.  Capacity is 200 pax, but the admin allows up to 100 to 120 the max only.

Makati Parks and Garden is 5k-7k only. Very accessible kasi malapit sa EDSA. Kailan event mo? Kasi parang uirerenovate daw pero may nagbanggit dito na 'til April lang naman daw ang renovation. I'm not so sure though.

  Hi mga sis, ask ko opinyon nyo, okay lang ba to have same venue for the 3rd time na? Pangatlo na kasi namin dun sa venue na yun if ever. Yun lang kasi ang decent enough na very accesible sa mga bisita namin. I have to decide na kasi december 1st birthday ng bunso ko. Super peak season. TIA!

The news that I got is that the renovation will start on April.  Hmmm.  Just the same, if you wish to book this venue, don't bother calling them.  Best is to drop by the Makati City Hall and proceed to the Mayor's Office to check the availability.  If you try calling them, you will just end up frustrated or stressed out.

@Cristina_diche, would you know if the rate of northeast gh of 10k is an all in rate already? Does that include elec n maintenace fees already? And would you know their payment terms? Thanks!

About valle 2 clubhouse naman? What would your take be on this? I saw this kasi without setup and it looked old to me but my PP said naman that it's looks okay naman if it's been decorated already.

Nope.  10k is only for the rent of the venue.  Expect more on their electrical charge which you would know only after your event as to how much it would be.  On top of 010k, you will also be required of the 10k security bond which will take them more than a month to refund.

As what i know, venue stylist or decorators love more those venues that aren't new coz it will surely be less hassle to them.  Less rules.  And more easy to transform to another theme or setting.
