i need your help mga sis! i'm a working mom kasi and busy ako sa work. sa december na birthday ng baby ko pero wala pa ko nabobook na venue at suppliers. sabi ng hubby ko fast food party nalang para madali pero i'm keeping my options open. can you send me mga birthday party packages na nacanvass ninyo? ^^ baka mas magandang idea nga sis na magfastfood party na lang. para hassle free. yun na nga rin ang gagawin ko for my baby's 1st bday party. last time kasi na nag-organize ako ng party for my pamangkins, i ended up spending more. kasi you have to book a venue, host, event stylist, etc. pa whereas kapag sa fastfood, relax na lang... pagagandahin mo na lang. pero the set back is that kailangan mong pagtyagaan ang food nila.
sang area ka ba sis? and ano bang venue ang preferred mo? will it be a merienda? anong cuisine gusto mo?

hard copy din ang hawak ko sis. but they have sets as low as 350 if i remember it correctly. sulit talaga. kasi maayus din venue.

@chin66ay hi sis! thanks sa advice. sa qc ako. nung friday nagpabook na kami sa shakey's. wala na kasi talaga time. nakapag attend kasi kame ng party dun last week tapos okay naman siya kaya nagdecide na kami na dun nalang. buti pumayag na magsarili kami na theme. sana mapaganda ko pa. any tips?

@sachism nareceive ko na yung sinend nila. halos same lang pala sa shakey's package menu nila. pizza, pasta, etc. kaya nag go na din kami sa shakey's kasi mas mura. thanks!

^ iba sis. or maybe ibang set menu to? marami silang choices na ulam. sa isang package halimbawa per head ang list ay 1 pork, isang chicken, isang beef/fish, isang pasta, dessert, rice soup at drinks.

Bago lang ako dito sa GT ... May 2012 pa naman binyag/birthday ng daughter ko pero i'm scouting for a venue na as early as now... i must say its a challenge.

Baka pwedeng makahingi ng suggestions sa inyo dito.. around Manila or Makati area pwede na din QC..
for 50 -80 pax .. preferably indoor at [textspeak!] hindi na kailangan ng sponsor hirap humanap ng kakilala eh ..

By the way, may caterer na ko .. I'll be getting Passion Cooks..

mga mommies need your help i'm looking for a venue that can accommodate for 50 pax. it's actually a reunion among friends kaso since me mga kids na kami gagawin namin birthday for moms and kids so birthday na lang lahat. we wanted to have a nice venue not so big at magandang i set up ng balloon decors, styro backdrop at preferably indoor kasi costume party din ito. baka me ma suggest kayo. thanks in advance

Try nyo po Makati Parks & Garden. Di na ako updated sa rate pero around 4-6k lang po for 4 hrs with 2 hrs ingress, egress time. Free to all caterers. Good for 150pax capacity,  may fountain pa sa loob at indoor with glass walls. Ganda pag naayusan.

we had our baby's first birthday party sa city sports club (cebu), we got the sinulog ballroom 1 & 2...very nice venue, newly renovated, it's big and can accomodate 100+ persons with inflatable pa and food carts,  plus with high ceiling (eto talaga requirement ko nung venue hunting pa kami aside from airconditioned and with good lighting)...maganda tingnan kahit walang ceiling decors, although syempre mas gumanda nung may swags and other ceiling decors na...from what i know, wala talagang rental fee, basta you avail  minimum of 45k for the food you can use the venue for 4 hours na (outside caterer is not allowed, but their food is super sarap naman)

sis daveigh thank you sa reply mo. pero hindi ba masyado malaki ang makati parks para sa 50pax? kasama na ang yayas jan sa 50. naisip ko richmonde hotel baka mura lang dun. tatawagan ko pa kasi gisto namin ok ang aircondition kasi costume party kaming mommies and kids. at gusto namin maganda talaga maganda ang magiging set up ng balloons and decors

^^ hi sis input lang sa Makati Parks & Garden, we were originally considering this for the venue ng party ng daughter ko, kasi nga maluwag, madami parking, ok yung rental, accessible location, etc. But when we told the venue stylist kung saan namin balak, she said she'd have to decline unless we book 2 slots. Apparently mahirap yata idecorate kasi kulang sa time kung magkaka sunod-sunod ang booking ng events, esp kung gusto mo may styro and ceiling decor pa. Consider mo lang.

baka may maisuggest kayong clubhouse sa qc mga sis. di ko kasi alam kung tutuloy pa ko sa magnolia place. di pala pwede ang ceiling decor dun.

^ sis check out the Army Officers' Clubhouse; it's near Santuario. If kaya ng budget, you can look at Blue Leaf Pavillion McKinley Hill. There's also a Clubhouse in McKinley Hill Village pero I think you need a sponsor.

I called some clubhouses today and here are the rates they gave for January 2012.

Acropolis
15,000 (First 4 Hours)
4,000 Refundable Bond
No Sponsorship Needed

Green Meadows (www.fghai.com)
Clubhouse Lanai w/o Sponsor = 22,500 (first 4 hours)
Clubhouse Lanai w/ Sponsor = 17,500 (first 4 hours)
Additional Hours = 5,000/hr.
Refundable Bond = 10,000
They also have function rooms available at a lower rate pero smaller capacity than the clubhouse. You can check the price list and pictures on their website.

Northeast Greenhills
10,000 (I'm not sure it it's for 4 or 5 hours, I forgot to ask)
10,000 Refundable Bond
Sponsorship Needed

I called Valle Verde 6 as well but they're fully booked for January. I got the phone numbers for the clubhouses from Verleo's website (www.verleo.com/venue.htm).
