My sister and I are planning for my niece's 1st birthday party on November 2011.  Nothing fancy just family friends and some relatives.  We are eyeing some clubhouses near Greenhills, QC, and Makati, would lke to know how many ang capacity ng Valle Verde 4 Clubhouse.  And has anyone tried One Events Place, would appreciate feedback and inputs on these venues.  By the way, we are expecting about 150 to 180 adults and 50 to 70 kids.  Thanks!

You can try north east greenhills clubhouse, but they need sponsorship. around 8k rent.  Another nice place -- columns in makati, i think its near rcbc. you can check venues.multiply.com. dito ko nagsearch ng venue for my daughters bday held 2 weeks ago.

you can check cvj clubhouse(side st. sa may tuazon),nice ang 2nd and 3rd floor nila. sila na din ang caterer.  maganda [textspeak!] venue, maganda iset up kc maluwag and high ceiling pa.  when i inquired a few months ago, around 54k for 100pax --venue and food and table centerpiece.

you can also check gabrielle's place sa may sss, mura lang cya, around 6,500. low ceiling lang. bhala ka na sa caterer. sa

filinvest marcos hiway 13k if may kakilala ka na resident and sa kanila ipapangalan. if not, abot yata 20k. 

village east clubhouse , mga 9k, ok din dito kahit low ceiling.

town& country 6k, di nga lang aircon

if you have the budget, pinaka =ok sa cvj..

You can try Acropolis Clubhouse. They don't need sponsorship. 15k ang rent for 4hrs. or tingin ka sa venues.multiply,com HTH

^ Sarap ng food ng CVJ.     My favorites are the lengua, baked salmon, roast beef, baked lasagna and chicken teriyaki.  I also like their sushi samplers and tempura.

im also scouting for venues na swak sa budget at madaling puntahan since my visitors will be coming from laguna and cavite.

i am eyeing makati park and garden. kaya kaya 100 pax dun? parng me nababasa ako na kakaiba daw yugn shape ng place.

anyhow help naman po pano magpareserve. id like to avail sana yung discount sa makati residents, khit inde ako taga makati. me friends ako na taga makati.

4k for  morning event, then 5k for afternoon event.

Clubhouse siya ng Magnolia Place, sabi ng cousin ko who has a unit there na hindi need ng sponsorship. Pero if ever, you can use my cousin as your sponsor. She can reserve a slot naman siguro kung available pa yung date. A week before the event yung payment and confirmation.

Baka po pwede nyo ako matulungan sa magnolia? wedding ko po sa jan 4 wala pa po akong place. nakita ko po na maganda ang function room dun... parang its the perfect place for a wedding. ganda ng ambience sis! bongga! what more kung may design at decor na....

sis, kasya up to 150 pax dun and i think even more pa. dun kami naghold ng 1st bday ng eldest ko. i'm not good with giving descriptions ha pero parang it's like semi arch. then yung pinakacenter is wider. so it's where you set-up the stage and hold the games. the guests are at the two sides of the arch. i hope ma-gets mo, hehe!

the best thing about Makati Park and Garden, malaki ang parking lot nya at free yun ha. for commuters naman, di din mahirap ang sakayan. and since park nga sya, your guests can stroll around before and after the party. maganda ang place.

about reservation, 5k lang for makati residents while 7k or 8k ata for non-residents. since resident ako 5k lang ako. maybe you can ask a friend to book the venue for you. but sya mismo ang pupunta sa Makati City Hall to pay for the reservation. bring lang sya ng ID to prove his/her residency. sana pwede yun.

parang same lang ang tanda ko. pero [textspeak!] rate magkaiba for night event ng 1k. chaka parang may charge na 500 for equipment, i think for electricity.  mas mura [textspeak!] ground floor nila pero hindi cya aircon
