hi i'm helping my cousin organize her baby's 1st bday party in october! we are having a hard time to look for a venue in qc, manila or greenhills area that has enough space for 300 guests. her first choice kasi is greenhills west clubhouse where we had my daughter's 1st bday party last november kaya lang it's already taken eh. gusto sana namin yung ok ang aircon and accessible. maximum budget for the venue rental is 35k.sa blue leaf kasi mahal ang rental eh. di ko lang sure if they have package na kasama na ang menu from the caterer. sa wack wack naman namamahalan siya sa caterer eh vs & f and the plaza lang ang accredied dun. she's eyeing for verleo, hizons's or passion cooks. i need your suggesstions sisses thanks in advance

we paid for the food tasting kasi.. hindi pa kasi kami nagpapabook .. nag food taste muna kami just to make sure na mgugustuhan ni hubby ang lasa before mag DP. im not sure lang kung meron food taste pag naka book na.. look for Sally

We decided to pay na the 50% dp kanina baka kasi makuha pa yung slot namin.. Mawiwindang na naman ako sa paghanap ng venue.. We decided to change the menu sis.. We added california maki and shrimp tempura.. We removed braised beef and seafood with vegetables.. Good luck on your food tasting

I'm looking for party venues for my son's 1st birthday party.  I need a seating capacity of 400-500pax preferably in the immediate vicinity of Greenhills, Mandaluyong, or Tomas Morato QC area.  If you can point me to places that rent out venue only, then that's great!  If not, good food is a must!

Any ideas?

^ the venue is nice kaya lang they don't accept booking yata ng beyond 1 month in advance.. if maghihintay ka naman ng one month before your target date, priority pa rin nila yung mga ka-affiliate nilang mga groups sa reservation.. and baka by that time, yung mga gusto mong i-book na talents and other suppliers, hindi na available.. or you may book them muna before the venue pero baka mas lalong complicated kung one month before eh ia-announce mo na sa iba na pala ang venue mo.

^^ sa magnolia place it requires sponsorhip and may bayad na 4k. Dapat dito mag 1st birthday yung daughter ko this coming May, nakahanap nadin ng sponsor ayaw naman pala ni hubby na mag pa cater.

At the end of the day, I ended booking Santuario De San Antonio Social Hall in Mckinley, Forbes, yung Bay 1 with stage. Di siya high ceiling pero okay na ito kase accessible naman sa mga guests ko (be it commute or a private vehicle). As of now 6K ang rent + 8K security/damage bond, note that this is for bay 1 only ha.

For those sisses na nagbabalak sa Santuario Social Hall, book na kayo ngayon kase if aabot pa next month, may price increase na daw. Like yung Bay 1 na 6K, magiging 10K na daw siya next month  However, good news is...pwede na ata sila mag-open to other caterers  Sana talaga kase I have Passion Cooks na as my caterer.

Well, yun lang ang na-scout ko na venues. Sana yung ibang mommies, makahanap na din. By the way, October 30 pa ang birthday ng baby ko 

Hi Sis Redrose! May i know if kailangan ng sponsor for the Santuario Social Hall? Ilan ang capacity? I'm hoping to get Passion Cooks, too, accredited na ba sila? My baby's birthday naman is October 20. I just started planning and still looking for a venue. I didn't know parang wedding na ang planning for a party na kailangan advanced ang booking! Sayang, we wanted to hold it sa West Greenhills sana. TIA!

^Hi sis, no need ang sponsor sa Santuario De San Antonio Social Hall. I booked Bay 1 which has a capacity of 120 daw. Tatlong bays kase yun eh, Bay 2 and Bay 3 naman has 100 capacity. You can combine both bays naman, depende sa guest mo.

As per my conversation with Ms. Alice (secretary in SSH), wala pa daw news if maa-accredit sila. I will try nga to call them again tomorrow. I am still pencil booked with PC kase for Oct 30, I asked Ms Maja to cancel it na kaso hangga't wala pa daw ako talaga final na caterer, akin pa din daw yung date na yun. Pero, I still have a back-up caterer in case di nga talaga pwede ang PC, of which I am pencil booked naman sa Verleo.


Sis, why not try Northeast greenhills? Baka open pa ang date mo sis. Or, try Valle Verde Clubhouses

Thanks for the reply sis! I finally found a sponsor and booked Valle 5 na. Naka-pencil book na rin ako sa PC. Sana nga ma-accredit sila sa Sanctuario.
