Tanong lang po ako regarding visit visa. my friend po kc ako na gusto bumalik dito sa dubai thru visit visa. ask ko lang po kung ano na po ang sistema sa phil immigration. mahigpit na po sila sa visit visa? ano po ang need na requirements para ipakita sa immigration sa pinas. kukunin po ang visit visa thru dubai travel agency. salamat po na marami

can you shed some light regarding the new labor law. after completing 2 years and you have 3 years contract on your employer and you want to transfer. can you transfer or do you still need NOC? 6 months ban is still there??

Sis nag-take effect na yung bagong ruling na as long as you completed 2 years sa company mo, pwede ka nang lumipat without NOC. I'm just not sure if it's valid for a limited contract. Yng sa officemate ko kasi, unlimited, so ayun nakalipat sya without any hassle recently lang, without any ban.

Sis, yes, me cousin ako dyan nagwo-work, pero engineer sya and offshore ang assignment nya. If you're in the same field as him (worked in an oil company din sa pinas), then I can confirm na very well-compensated sila, as in! 

Bakit mo nasabi na weird ang procedure? Dont know if my cuz would know about it kasi 10 years na sya sa company na yan..

Hello sis!  Since this is a government company, walang dudang very ok ang sahod sa kanila plus dami pa benefits   Am not sure though about the visa processing coz I’m more familiar sa processing ng private sectors but as far as I know, hindi naman nagkakalayo ang procedures nila..  They will give you the offer letter, once you accepted they will arrange na for your new visa and of course para ma-stamp ang passport mo ng residence visa, you need to do the medical exam…  Hope I didn’t miss anything..  Ano bang sabi nila sayo?

Pero kung may offer ka from ZADCO, I would suggest you grab it! hahaha

salamat mga sis, sana nga tuloy tuloy na, for medical na ako kaso wala pang offer letter, sabi pagkatapos pa daw ng medical malalaman hehe sa dubai pala ako, sana kung makalipat ako ng abu dhabi kitakits tayo hehe

medyo weird kasi, medical muna daw ako, tapos, pag fit to work, saka daw sila mag bigay ng offer.. and then medical ulit for visa purposes...weird kasi di naman ganito process sa dubai..

Wow sis! Congrats! You're right, it's unusual actually, siguro they have to check first if you're physically fit for the job - or you have no degenerative disease.  Grabe naman yun. 

Anyways sis, just get thru with it, coz pag nasa ZADCO ka na, sarap ng buhay mo.

Sis tintin, ang alam kong additional requirement lang naman is the affidavit of support. I heard several stories din sa mga bagong dating, that they prepared show money ranging from $500 - $1000. Pero wala pang nagsabi na talagang nagdemand ang Immig. Officer na ipakita yun. Yun nga lang, dami daw questions, so be ready sa mga answers. Mostly about the relationship with the sponsor, purpose of visit, etc.
