^^estelle, sis self study lang ang baking skills ko. Una nagbabasa basa lang ako sa mga magazine. Tapos buy ka ng mga gamit mo, simple hand mixer and oven ang pinaka main na dapat meron ka. Much better kung makakabili ka agad ng stand mixer na.

Tapos buy ka nalang ng nga books about cupcakes and cakes. I suggest, magstart ka din sa cupcakes dahil yan ang pinakabasic, I guess.

Pero kung may time, at mura ang tuition, gusto ko din mag aral para madagdagan yung knowledge ko. Atleast alam ko na ang basics. :-)

nagpunta kami ng ibn battuta mall last friday, sumakit ang paa ko. Hindi matapos tapos yung nilalakad ko. May egypt court, persia, india, china.... Ewan ko kung ano pa kasunod, hanggang china lang ako. Hehe

Kami, madalas sa Yas Island, mura kasi mga hotels dun. The farthest we've been to is Fujairah, sa Rotana, which is a very nice, picturesque place. As in enjoy to take photos in every corner.

^geeboy, sis, nung nakita ko na may china court pa, naku, bumalik na ako kung san ko iniwan si hubby & kids. Kaya hindi ko na nakita kung ano meron sa china. dun Yung andalusia naikot yata namin. Yun yung parang may arcade diba.

Nagpunta muna kami sa dragon mart bago sa battuta mall. ang layo pala, naalala ko yung daan, dun kami dumaan nung pumunta kami abu dhabi. Para maiba naman, every week kasi sa dubai mall or sa DFC lumilibot mga kids.

^blackberry, kami din nakapunta na sa fujairah, sinama kami ni hubby sa site nila. Sa yas island & ras al khaima, meron din silang site dun pero hindi pa kami nakasama. :-)

- Wild Wadi - definitely mag eenjoy kayo sa mga water rides plus factor pa na nandito lang sya sa Dubai

- Palma Beach Resort (Umm Al Quwain) - may option kayo na maligo sa beach or sa pool, they have 4 swimming pools, good for barkadas and families, plus factor nito ang egyptian court nila, may malaking pyramid imitation, very nice for picture taking

- Jabel Hafeet (Al Ain) - nice sight seeing
- Mubazzarah Park (Al Ain) - safe for camping
- Dhow Cruise - romantic dinner
- Desert Safari (Oman-Hatta) - a must experience, heart pumping ride, belly dancing show, free henna tattoo, picture taking with camel
- Lulu Island (Abu Dhabi) - now closed, swerte kami at na experience namin makapunta dito, ang ganda dito, linis ng tubig, you can have your privacy, enjoy the beach
- Khorfakkan (Fujeirah) - ok din ang beach downside lang dami jellyfish
- Crab Hunting (Umm Al Quwain) - preferably around 6pm dapat mag start na para abot kamay nyo lang makuha ang mga crabs, nakakatuwang experience plus lahat ng crabs na makuha nyo sa inyo na, libre dinner hehe
- Cable Ride (Dubai Creek) - fun activity in the city

Palma Beach Resort - never heard of this place, pero i will surely check out their website

Lulu Island - it's well known in Abu Dhabi, pero yun nga nag-close na. A private developer is building a mixed-use community in the entire island.

Sa Fujairah, yes, ang daming jelly fish!!!! We tried snorkelling there (special offer ng Rotana Hotel) and thought they were bubbles, only later did we realize that we were swimming in an ocean of jelly fish, my goodness! So if  you're in Fujairah, stick to the swimming pool na lang, and just enjoy the lovely sceneries.

Jebel Hafeet (Al Ain) - is it better to go there on daytime or night time?

Desert Safari - if you are in this country, there is no way you should miss out on desert safari! This is Arabic culture experienced first hand.

Sis, around 3K Dhs, depends on which month. Direct flight ang Etihad from AUH to MNL. Other available airlines in AUH are Singapore Airlines, Gulf Air, Qatar Airways -- pero me stopover.

tapos nung papunta kami sa Iceland, meron kaming nadaanan na ginagawang buildings na parang pyramid style. ang joke nga eh nasa egypt na daw ba kami    anong lugar yon? pagdaan namin don nung gabi na, parang isang pyramid pa lang ang may mga ilaw.

hayz, ang daming palang pwedeng puntahan outside Dubai. Dreamland pa lang ang narating namin nung 2007, then itong Iceland.

Sis estelle, yung panganay ko nakapag dessert safari na. Hindi kami nakasama dahil ayaw humiwalay ng bunso ko. Hehe.

Mag4years na si hubby dito pero 7mos palang ako dito with kids, puro malls palang napuntahan namin. MOE, dubai mall, DFC, battuta mall. Abu dhabi hindi pa masyado nalibot. Mga corniches. Sa the palm atlantis nakapunta na din kami. Nag At the top din sa burj khalifa.

Sis J27, kung 7 months ka pa lang eh okay lang naman na yan pa lang mga nararating mo. 

Basta dito sa Abu Dhabi, highly recommended ang Yas Island, lalo pag nag-open na yung largest IKEA Store in the mid-east, i think this month na yun.

Sis tamarind, the best time to come to UAE for a visit is the winter season starting Nov til Feb. Pinaka-mainit na months ang June and July. But if you're coming here to work, basta avoid mo yung Ramadan kasi shortened ang working hours so kulang yung time for job-hunting.

^blackberry, sis fave ko ang ikea! Malapit na ako gumawa ng branch ng ikea dito sa house namin. Hehe. Nung nagpunta kami ng abu dhabi, nagpunta kami sa the palace ba yun, titingnan sana namin yung christmas tree. E kailangan pala may reservation. Nagpunta nalang kami sa abu dhabi marina mall nga ba name nun. :-)

hi tamarind! Oo nga sana mag EB tayo. Yung ibang friends ko dito hindi ko pa nakikita lahat. Puro busy sa work o kaya pag weekend, iba naman pupuntahan nila sa pupuntahan ko.
