^ so far, ok naman purchases ko from Lazada. Dun ako usually nago-order ng diapers ni baby in bulk.

my cousin told me that this friend of his inquired to Lazada CS regarding a gadget whether it's authentic or not because he's a bit skeptical about how "too good to be true" the price is (it was indicated daw na beats) and it is authentic daw, and they're not selling counterfeit or knockoff daw. So this friend purchased it. And to his surprise, after getting his hands on it, he figured out that the product is definitely a knockoff lol.

this is a hearsay lang naman sis, just wanted to contribute something

Satisfied customer of Lazada here. But my usual purchases are kitchen items, towels, flashlights, phone cases, bags, mga ganun. For things like gadgets, I still prefer to buy in-store so that I can inspect the product myself and be sure of the warranty.

I would also be wary of vitamins, pills, and supplements. Perfumes na rin siguro, especially the branded ones. Lazada does not have full control of their third-party sellers yet.

some of my office mates buying staff from lazada. one of my mates bought power bank pero di rin nag tagal nasira din agad so she needs to buy a new one pa since kelangan nya talaga. that's why sometime I'm hesitating to buy at them tuloy.

Madalas din ako mag-shop dati sa Lazada. Okay naman yung products, and shipping mabilis. I buy beauty & skincare stuff lang. I think pag gadgets mas maganda pa rin talaga physical store syempre to examine the item. Hassle pa yung return kapag may defect.

Lazada is like our local version of Amazon. They get different merchants to post their items on the website. Kaya iba iba ang price ng isang item kung minsan. Minsan namamahalan ako sa kanya kaya I opt to buy sa stores mismo. My sister also bought a Bavin powerbank, ilang months lang sira na. I told her tuloy to buy sa store instead or look for direct sellers in Lazada. Sabi ko sa kanya baka reseller lang ng powerbank yung nabilhan nya. Meron naman kasi dun mga mismong company binebenta ang products nila sa site

So far, ok pa naman ako sa Johnny Air. But I am curious sa LBC. Would you know the rates for LBC from US? Same ba ng Johnny Air na straight-forward ang computation based on weight (and wala na addl for customs taxes and fees, etc)?

^yes its pretty straightforward. They also take out all unnecessary packaging before they weigh your items. Their customer service is also very responsive, whether via email or phonecall. Ive tried both air and sea for lbc shipping cart. For air, it takes abt 7 calendar days from date of payment. For sea, 5 weeks.

Ive also tried myecasa for air cargo, good for small packages because they dont have a fixed  fee, and no minimum weight.
