For contact lens naman, I love Vanilla Eyes Philippines. Easy transaction and yung graded contacts ko nabili ko lang for P300

Hi mga sis, Im thinking of buying a 264 Euro bag from ASOS.

Pero im scared kasi of the post office tax. I cannot half it naman to 50Euro packages kasi nga one item lang siya.

Does anyone here have a similar experience? How much would the customs cost be if one item package is worth 264Euros?

^ EUR or GBP? Anyway sis, good luck sa yo. If I were you, hahanap na lang ako ibang mapapagbilhan kesa ipadaan ko sa post office ang ganyang amount. I'm thinking, baka at least php3k singilin sa yo. But then again, pwedeng umabot pa ng php5k siguro.

Kasi I have a friend, around GBP60 lang worth, siningil sya php1500+ sa post office. Then nag-alangan sya kasi mahal, ayun, inofferan sya ng under-the-table, php500 na lang daw, no receipt. Pero dati pa yun, sa QC Post Office.

^^ I've tried buying from ASOS.  Yes, sa post office babagsak per yung receipt na kasama walling naka-indicate na price.  So when the customs opened it, walang basis for tax ... But to be sure, confirm mo moon sa ASOS.

^ actually, me naka-indicate na value dun sa sticker na nakadikit sa harap, along with the shipping details, nasa lower right portion nung sticker. And recently, ASOS also attaches na a separate paper na mala-invoice indicating the contents and value, nasa plastic pouch sa may back ng package.

And me new policy sa post office (I think most post offices follow this na), kelangan me dalang invoice or receipt when claiming. Inuutos ko lang sa helper yung pag-claim, minsan hinahanap sa kanya, minsan din hindi. To be sure, I just print out the order details from my ASOS account and dala nya when claiming.

Ginagawa ko, pagka-claim ng package sa post office, order ako ulit next batch (around gbp30 max per order kasi staff sa post office said pag above US$50 e ita-tax na nila). Kaya usually meron ako dumadating na package from ASOS every 3-4 weeks.. tingi-tingi, hehe.. para php100 lang babayaran + pamasahe sa jeep ni helper.

^ if you can source it sa US for a good price, pwede mo ipa-Johnny Air. That's what I do for my online purchases from US sites.

Im looking at a swedish brand kasi. If sa US ko bilhin, mas mamahal pa cuz of the customs to the us and then here in the phils.

question lang about Lazada delivery kung may naka experience na. May pina COD ako items, nakita ko sa status shipped na lahat. Eh nagbago isip ko, ayaw ko na ituloy yung isang item kasi meron na pala nabili sis ko. Ok lang kaya di ko accept yung isang item, pero yung ibang item kukunin ko? Ok lang ba hindi na accept yung delivery since COD naman siya?

Yes, its fine to not accept the product. However, if you accept the other products tapos di umabot ng 1k, you will have to pay a delivery fee of 100Php.

What you can do is not accept everything, then re-order everything again except the one you dont need and add more items para magtotal to 1k. Yun nga lang, you have a few more days yet again

^You can mock book sa Amazon. Before yung final purchase, makikita mo lahat including shipping and taxes.

^ if you ship it via Johnny Air, their rate is $6/lb + $5 handling fee per package + 12% VAT. Minimum 2lbs/package.

But it still depends sa packaging ng item mo. Kasi even if it is only 1kg, pero malaki ang box, then you'll have to pay based on the volume weight.
