sharing my stressful experience from amazon just now. my bro is in the states kasi for a business trip so i asked him to bring home stuff  i will buy from amazon. i bought 8 watches  and 1 package of facial serum. bale 3 shipping nangyari 1 for 1 watch, another for the serum and the last for 7 watches. i had them shipped to an uncle in california since my bro will stay there on the last leg of his trip. sadly nothing was ever delivered. all 3 packages didn't arrive but my amazon account showed that they were delivered! now my bro is leaving tomorrow so definitely maiiwan na packages. sobrang nakakastress lang, i don't know if this is an isolated case pero nakakapagtaka naman na not even a single one arrived.

^ have you double-checked the shipping address? Baka me na-missout na letter sa street name or whatever, at naideliver wrong address.. I've been buying from Amazon and never pa naman nangyari ang ganyan..

yup checked it a dozen times already they also have my uncle's telephone number. what puzzles me is that my amazon account is showing that they are delivered already.

^sis, a similar incident happened to me with Amazon and Groupon. Nawala rin package but the tracking details said delivered. I found out later na the couriers pala usually just leave the package at the front door/porch of my brother's house which was open to display sa public. My brother was saying baka na-deliver nga pero meron kumuha in short nagnakaw. Most of the time kasi when they deliver walang tao sa bahay na mag-sign for the packages. Minsan tamad yung courier kaya iiwan na lang nila sa labas (unless the item requires a signature). Kaya ayun I filed for non-delivery and they refunded me naman.

talaga? i talked to them already and they will give a refund and it's quite fast. it will take only 2-3 days kaya happy na sana ako. kaya lang when i received their email, one order was not included so i contacted them again thru chat. grabe i had a horrible experience with their csr. i already gave her the details early on in our conversation of the order i'm asking para it would be easy for her to check but she didn't take notice. she insisted that i was already refunded blah blah blah.and she was quite rude ha. kainis tapos what she was insisting on was not the one i'm asking her about! she acted really annoyed and impatient with me na parang sobrang dumb ko. her tone was like this: you were already refunded didn't you read that in your email. go on look at it again. grrrrr kahighblood talaga. tapos madami pa sya sinasabi na di naman talaga yun nga tinatanong ko, then when she noticed that i was getting mad na talaga and she realized her mistake, she said sorry i confused her daw?!?  duhhhhh?!? when i told her that i don't want to talk to her anymore because she was very rude and i asked her last name because i was really going to report her nag
sorry lang na parang she really didn't mean it then abruptly ended our conversation! she didn't give me her last name. but i immediately emailed amazon. sayang i forgot to click the send to your email the transcript of  the conversation para i have a copy of that. evidence ba hehe, grabe uminit talaga ulo ko dun.

Feel ko mahaharang siya and worried lang ako sa tax na babayaran ko if mahold siya sa post office. Alam nyo naman ang gobyerno natin.
 
Sa mga sis na nagpipick up ng items sa local post office pa share naman ng inputs nyo TYSM!

that's new kasi normally amazon csr are the best! most of them btw are pinoys, heard this from someone who works in a call center. from my experience they refund naman agad if you meet the conditions regarding such. but some also abuse their generosity though and amazon as a corpo has been losing money so maybe they are now stricter. i also heard nga pala na pag 3 times (different transactions) daw nag refund e naka red flag na daw at possible materminate account mo sa kanila.

re Amazon delivery,  (knock on wood),  never pa ako nawalan ng package.  iniiwan lang sa front porch by the door mostly by UPS.  and i order a lot from this site, halos every week may delivery ako.  kasi they have everything, even hard to find household items,  beauty products and small tools/gadgets.  i like the convenience of only having to give out my credit card info to one company, even if some products sold thru a third party.

Getting addicted again to online shopping. Nag-lielow ako konti when I was pregnant, but now, balik na naman. Nadagdagan pa ng mga sites for mommy and baby stuff.

Very convenient kasi, click-click lang, type-type, voila! Ihahatid na lang sa bahay.

yeah i know, but before that very rude csr i had already chatted with 3 of her colleagues and they were all nice and very helpful. that's why i was taken aback by her treatment. she must be having a bad day that time but she didn't have the right to take it out on me. i don't think she's a pinay, maybe some of those i chatted with but definitely not her hehe. anyways they were actually the ones who offered a refund asap then told me to reorder again. but due to what happened i 'm not planning to buy from them in the near future and i still have to iron this out with my credit card co since the refund is not reflected until now.

Hi sis basta free world wide delivery mga 60 pesos lang babayaran mo sa post office (dati 50 pero nagtaas na not sure kung 60 basta below 100) saka make sure na less than $100? Yung amount? Not sure kasi sa asos ako nagoorder dati tapos not more than 50 pounds, so hinihiwalay ko yung orders ko since 50 per package lang that time.. Try to backread sis parang may nagsabi dati ng amount.
