In my opinion I find Lazada and Zalora pricey. Because I find some of their items sa stores mismo then when I compare mas mura if sa physical store mo binili. There are some items online na nakalagay marked down na pero if you check the store itself mas cheaper pa pala

^ I got some baby stuff from Lazada and the prices were mostly same or slightly lower than store price. Zalora, yes I find them kinda pricey so madalang ako bumili dun.

Anyway, I mostly buy from Lazada for the convenience. Kung konti lang naman difference sa store and i know naman exactly what i want to buy (like sa color, size, etc), sa Lazada na ako bumibili. Free delivery pa. Di ko na kelangan gumastos ng gas, parking, etc para mag-shopping.

I don't like Zalora either, but for different reasons. One, may minor defects yung mga nakukuha kong products sa kanila. Yung pinaka-una kong order sa kanila, may slight stain. Plus this Anemone order I placed before, parang lumang stock na yata binigay sa akin, so I'd rather order from Nothing But H2O directly. Two, hindi ako satisfied sa customer service. I tried returning an item once, it was not hassle free. Plus one of their riders once insisted on delivering something at nearly MIDNIGHT. Syempre, hindi ba nya naisip na tulog na ako nun. Hindi professional or customer friendly ang dating nila sa akin.

I recently purchased from Zalora, mga nursing wear and accessories. Ok naman mga na-receive kong items. Meron one item ako na binalik kasi di ko gusto ang fit sa akin. Surprisingly, madali lang ang returns process.

After ko masukat at naka-decide ako to return, itinawag ko agad sa customer service nila. Sabi ko i didn't like the fit of the blouse. For free pickup yung item (napick-up after 2 days), then I opted for refund thru store credit (amount was credited to my account 2 days after they received the returned item).

So mukhang mapapabili ulit ako sa Zalora soon kasi me store credit pa ako dun, hehe..

for those who already purchased from lazad, how many days did it take for you to receive your orders? cavite based kasi ako and they said upto 10 days daw. ganon talaga katagal??

Mabilis lang sila magpadala sis maximum na yang 10 days yung 1st na order ko lang sa kanila natagalan dahil sa LBC nagkaproblema.

Bought from Amazon last week, 8 days lang dumating na agad. No customs fee pagdating kasi kasama na sa binayaran yung tax.

Wow, didn't know Amazon accepts foreign orders assuming you bought it from Amazon USA. Amazon Japan nalang dapat para mas malapit.

I always buy from Amazon US using my PH credit card. Wala pa naman naging problem. I usually ship it through Johnny Air o di kaya sa relatives na nasa states. Di ko pa na-try diretso pa-ship sa Manila kasi afraid-y aguilar ako sa customs fees and charges..

I buy from Asos UK using PH credit cards din. Pero ito pinapadiretso ko ship sa Manila. Free worldwide shipping naman sila, no minimum amount so tingi-tingi ako bumili dun para malilit lang ang value pag chineck ng customs. So far, laging p50 lang binabayaran ko (dati p40 nga lang e, tinaasan pa ng customs, tsk).

I'm an Amazon Prime member since suki ako sa kanila. I also use my PH credit cards, no problem whatsoever. Back in early 2000 I used to have my orders delivered here in Manila. The packages don't go through the post office but through couriers Fedex or DHL (sila na nagprocess through customs). Minsan meron tax minsan wala naman. Depends din kasi sa items declared.

Right now I send my packages through Johnny Air if urgent otherwise, I just ask my siblings to send my orders via BB box.

ladies, anyone recently registered at the pobox.ph site? i have an existing account pero i ordered through amazon. thing is,  i put my bf's name sa shipping add kasi name niya yung cc na ginamit namin for payment. i tried changing yung name sa amazon site, kaso yung ibang items, for delivery na, so hindi ko na ma edit. hindi ko siya magawan ng sarili niya account sa pobox, parang na rreset lang yung page.. paano kaya to.. matagal pa din ba sila magreply?

Twice ko natry ang FRS. Una, nagpadala ko from Manila to US, mga 5 pirasong GShock. Ok naman nakarating naman, year 2010 pa yun ha. Tapos recently naman, may mga purchases ako sa US na pinaship ko sa friend ko from Texas to FRS US address para maship dito sa Manila via Air. Isang envelope pouch na kasing laki ng A4 size, laman non mga small items including make up. Aba pag dating saken, yung envelope e may laslas na at retape na lang ng packaging tapos nawawala na yung wet n wild ko na palette at nyx na lippie. Tinawag ko sa kanila, tinanong ko kung binubuksan ba ang package sa custom para icheck kasi baket ganun yung package ko, hindi naman daw binubuksan. Ok, so ano yun bumukas mag isa?? Bago ipinadala ng friend ko yun sa kanilang US address e pinicturan nya at sinend nya saken, sealed all the way. Ayun e di nagcomplain ako at nag ask ng full refund. Yung handling fee lang nirefund saken $15 ata yun. Pero total ng binayaran ko sa kanila nasa php1,300. Gusto pa  nga credit na lang daw ang $15 para sa next na service ko sa kanila, wow ha! As if iaavail ko ulet sila after ng nangyari! Dina oy! Kahit ba mumurahing make up yung nawala eh, pano pa kaya kung mamahalin gamit mga laman e di patay na. Ayon.
