hi everyone! i just recently tried johnny air sa pag-bili ko ng online stuff from US online stores. and my package is currently on the way to the philippines from the johnny air warehourse in new york and i'll pick it up sa sm megamall branch nila.

i also signed up at MyUS.com for my own US address ($10 = 416 Pesos via xe.com) and they will ship it to you on the cheapest possible way (you have other options like UPS, DHL or Fedex) - I haven't tried this one yet but in the future I will definitely try this one (of course I paid for it).

and also, i am shopping now using beauty.com if i can find the products that i want from there. since you only need $25 worth of product and they will ship it. with sephora, i think you need $50 worth of products before they ship it xx

I saw tenso pero after reading FAQs nila, dito pa din ang custom duties and taxes. Maganda lang sa kanila is they consolidate. I'll buy 2 items lang, a bag and a watch but medyo pricey. Kung sana pwedeng i prepay yun tax para alam ko na before pa how much aabutin. Pag dito ang tax, i won't risk it. May mga kilala ko pag dating ng items dito, kesyo DHL UPS or EMS any shipping company que horror ang computation ng tax and wala din talaga makapag explain kung paano na compute. Scary customs natin LOL!

I've tried both and I'm happier with MYUS.COM. I'm on my 2nd year of membership there. I've abandoned my comgateway account.Some of the shops I usually shop at online:
-Carters/Oshkosh
-Bath and Body Works
-Neimann Marcus
-Saksfifth
-Amazon (I've got a Prime membership there too)

If and when you do choose MYUS,I think there's an option to "drop-ship"-meaning,dun lang ibabagsak goodies mo and you can choose a cargo forwarder to the Philippines to go there and collect your box na mas mura (ala-balikbayan box) so it's cheaper.But I haven't tried this kasi wala naman ako sa Pinas. My parcel is usually shipped by DHL to where I am (Oz) in 4 days time. Kung may kakilala ka sa Florida, ask around for a cargo shipper to Pinas.Andun kasi ang warehouse nila.

sa mga sis na gusto bumili ng mga products abroad, you should try johnny air. i made a review about it sa blog ko and also steps on how to use johnny air (with photos) to guide you. i bought tons of product from sephora and have it shipped to the johnny air office sa new york and now i have the package from the US < 3 you can find the link to my blog in  my profile. salamat! x

PS - will try MyUS for my next online shopping just to have a comparison. abangan xx

HSBC Visa sis. Yes pwede mo gamitin ang Philippine credit card - sabi naman ng sephora customer agent (i emailed them kase before i ordered) sabi niya na tumatanggap naman sila ng international credit card, pero yung billing address na ilalagay mo sa order form nila should match the billing address in your philippine credit card details.

Well, hindi ko siya sinunod hahaha and hey, it worked! my transaction in sephora went through and i have my package with me now (i used johnny air para i-forward ang package ko dito sa pilipinas). ang iligay mo na billing details is yung address ng pagpapadalhan mo sa US, it will go through sis. I did it twice na and i had no problem. (once was via amazon and the other was with sephora)

Hi, Sis! HSBC Visa credit card ang gamit ko when I ordered in Sephora and Amazon. With Beauty.com hindi pa ako nakaka-order sa kanila pero same credit card details din ang asa credit card information ko with beauty.com. I've never tried Amex Gcash, sis. You can pay via Paypal naman sa beauty.com
