but it moved forward by only 1 month,...

Thank God na din at wala ng retro kahit 1 month advancement lang for f2a..some say that during this month (October),which is the end of their fiscal year,bumabagal talaga galaw ng vb..but hopefully on the start of another fiscal year there will be much advancement on the dates...God bless us all!

question lang mga sis sa may mga nakaka alam! what if yung parents mo is LPR palang,pwede na ba sila mag apply ng petition for their kids? and how long the petition will it take kaya kapag under 18 and over age yung mga anak nila? both singles yan, TIA

^ pag singles yung children pwede i-petition ng lpr. Although mas mabilis children under 21 my cousins took over a year lang to get to US. My other cousins naman kakapetition lang sakanila, over 21, the wait is about 10-15 years, unless more visa numbers will be available in the future

^^matagal pang above 21, and you have to remain single para sa 10-15 years waiting time na yun, pwede ka mag asawa but then waiting time will be more than 15 years. like what mom did, 16 years na wala padin, na overage na kami ng kapatid ko wala padin, nagretro kasi last year, current na sana nung oct. naabutan lang.

ah ganun ba mga sissies? sabi kasi nung cousin ng husband ko mga 6-7 years lang daw sa mga over age, medyo matagal tagal din pala, so my youngest sister lang ang may mas maraming chance na maka punta dito ng mas maaga,she's only 15 yrs old kasi,  eh what if mga sissies  nung in-apply yung petition nila eh under age pa yung isa,tapos when the time na ma approve yung petition nila eh over age na?same thing lang ba siya na 10-15 yrs kahit na under age naman nung na file yung petition? ^ yap, same thing. When nag over age na over age na talaga. Unless kasalanan ng US embassy yung reason of delay, pwede i-file under child status protection. Other than that yun talaga yung clear cut law nila. Over age = no go.

....at pag Rebublican ang uupo next presidential year, I'm almost positive babagal ulit ang move for visas.

di na ako umaasa sa petition for overage sons and daughters not unless i want to be an old maid, go antay lang. ang hirap kasi nakita ko na dun sa mom and dad ko, ayoko naman mag asawa then maiwan anak ko. we'll just wait and see what's in store for the future, pero having a bf based in the US, i'm leaning towards fiance visa. only God knows what's gonna happen.

My cousin. under the age 21. Was petitioned by my tita (LPR) last august 2010. Ngayon may dumating ng letter sa cousin ko to go for her medical and submit documents. nagulat din kaming lahat kasi parang ang bilis. Her Kuya naman (over the age of 21) has 11 months to go sabi ng lawyer.

^ sis what do you mean by this ( the kuya who's overage has 11 months to go?) pasensiya na sis, hindi ko masyado na gets yung part na yun,lol, ilang years yung petition for the kuya sis? thank you

question lang mga sis about naturalization/citizenship interview,exam, yun bang possible 10 questions out of the 100 is by multiple choice ba?TIA

^The study guide is. But when you are tested hindi at least sa akin hindi.

It's still very easy naman if you just study the booklet they gave you.

Seems the VB is moving at a snail's pace at 1month to 1.5months
I'd take it rather than moved back again,...
