Wala pa sila binabayaran na AOS and IV fee. Wala pa nga sila ibang natatanggap aside from NOA2. I was advised by my aunt (she petitioned my mom) na ipa change address na lang from Dubai to Manila para hindi nakakalito. At least all correspondence between US and Manila na lang.

I'll tell my sis to register their email. (pano nga ba ipa register yun? LOL)

@sis lyn...  i think wala pa silang binayaran kahit na ano kasi hindi pa naman current PD ko  ang natanggap ko lang yung letter galing NVC after nun wala na.. kailan kaya ako makatanggap ng Form DS3032? bakit kaya wala pa ako nun?  haha..

Medyo nalito lang ako kasi nga dito sa Dubai ang address na nilagay nila for me tapos napunta ng Manila. Baka kako di ko mareceive mga correspondence.

Uu nga sis kahit ako  hehe.. ok lang naman yun kahit mag change address ka sis basta importante you'll just inform them  kasi ako from F1 to F3 category ..

^ ganun nga ata. nabasa ko sa ibang forum mga 6 months before mag current PD mo dun ka makakatanggap ng instructions at kung ano ano pa.

I need your opinion, our petition has been DOCUMENTARILY APPROVED, that is according to NVC,
and we were put on the on hold status, because of the retrogression, our priority date is June 2009 (F2A), the petition filed by my wife who is an LPR, is for me, and our 2 kids, one benefit of the LPR when filing for a petitioon, is that its like a package deal, she only filed 1 petition for me, but because our kids are both under 21, they are carried by the primary beneficiary of the petition, which is me.

So after the "miracle" period of having that fast processing, biglang nahinto dahil sa retrogression,
though unti unti ay gumagalaw na sya, the only thing that we are waiting for right now is our schedule for the interview, and somehow, its pretty frustrating...

Anyhow, here's our current predicament, my wife is set to renew her green card in the US, and INS informed her that she is already qualified to file for citizenship, so we are currently torned between that right now, according to MANY. kung magfile sya ng citizenship, mafa-fast track ang petition namin, though we have to pay for the visa processing ulit ng mga anak namin, coz iba ang filing ng petition ng citizen sa LPR. I tried asking around sa mga immigration lawyer na nandito sa atin, and some of them advised me na wag na muna mag-file for citizenship dahil according sa kanila hindi daw kasiguraduhan na mapapabilis ang processing nun, so medyo naguguluhan kami, she is about to consult a lawyer sa US kung ano ang magiging positive effect nito.

I really need your opinion....

I think it will be fast process if yung wife mo eh maging US citizen kasi mas mabilis ang process if US Citizen petitioning for spouse than an LPR petitioning his/her spouse. The only disadvantage is, yun nga you have to file a separate petitions for your kids. And since below 21 naman sila their process will be fast. Only when your children will be 21 years above and the petitioner is US Citizen ang slow ang process. But pag hindi pa sila over 21 and hopefully di sila maging 21 for 1-2 years until yor wife will be able to upgrade the petition, mabilis lang ang process. I think after a year nandoon na kayo or maybe nga less than a year since yung process ninyo kulang nalang interview. Though magw-wait kayo for the kids since start from the beginning yun. Pero di naman matatagal kasi nga under 21 years pa sila. It will only take months to a year.

^cardilene, i am on the same boat, i petitioned my husband and daughter too and ours is aug2009. interview na lang talaga kulang. we're just waiting for the bulletin to be current and i am optimistic na bibilis na after june. ayaw ko muna mag file ng citizenship kasi magfifile na naman ako ng panibago though pede daw i upgrade,just ask your lawyers coz im not sure

if eligible na to file for citizenship why not file it. the process is faster (kasi no-wait na for visa to be current) and at the same time, bawas na sa mag-aantay for visa numbers.

hi po..new in this thread..I'm F3, PD dec 1994, still waiting for the June visa bulletin..last october ba complete yung case namin, pending interview and medical because of the retrogression..hope bumalik na sa dati mga dates...keeping my fingers crossed bumilis ang takbo;-)

Mga SIS ito na yung VB for the month of JUNE 2011 Priority date 22AUG07 para sa F2A. two months movement...

i have a question: Meron ba dito nag-request from embassy na huwag tatakan ng St.lukes medical ang passport nila? I noticed sa isang kakilala ko her passport had a stamp at the last page. Dont we have a right to refuse??its ourPhilippine passport anyway.

Correction: Hindi ako nag-apply.
it just shows 2nd class citizen pa rin ang trato,kahit sariling passport. Bata pa itong alaga ng pamangkin ko from Nueva ecija at baka sakaling guminhawa daw sila.

^ i feel for you sis, bagal ng f3, my mom and i we're talking awhile ago and i was like telling them mom don't worry if ever you can't go there by this year i for sure will get you as soon as i can. i was hoping we could make some arrangements of getting my parents after being petitioned as fiancee. it will happen soon, all we have now is patience. so whichever comes first nalang i guess.
