About approval naman. Depende yan sa supporting docs or mga documents na sinabit ninyo if acceptable bah. If the petitioner is financially capable to sponsor you guys. It's either NVC or USE Manila will give you guys the interview date with a legend kung ano natagap nila and if it is acceptable or you guys need to bring it or more during your interview.

You will only need your NVC case number and the invoice indentification number to sign in sis. And choose if you are the petitioner or the beneficiary (Applicant).

I have my NVC case number pero wala ako nung invoice identification number. Kasi naman yung mom at sis ko, hindi naman nila masyado naiintindihan yung mga ginagawa nila dun. So pag may dumating na papers.. dedma. file lang nila. Kung di ko pa nga kinulit di ko makikita na may priority date na pala ako. LOL!!

Ang copy lang na meron ako is yung NOA2. Wala ba dun yung invoice identification number?

@kuruga and shoutingwind, when your parents/petitioner received an email from NVC for your (ACL) Case Number/Choice of Agent. Nan doon na yung NVC case# nyo together with your Invoice I.D. Number.

So you guys might have it na. Di lang alam ng parents/petitioner san hanapin. Nasa 1st page. I'll try and see if I can get a sample and post it here pagnakita ko.

nagtataka lang ako kasi iba yung nakalagay na case number sa NOA2 ko tapos iba din binigay nila.

WAC##### yung una... ngayon MNL#### na sya... does it mean nasa pinas na yung papers ko?

Saka isa pa, I thought dito ako sa Dubai mapa process kasi nandito ako. Lahat ng address na ginamit namin dito sa Dubai. Uwi pa pala ako Manila?

Kasi diba may case number na nga ako: (MNLxxxxxxxxxx) <-- what does this mean? Sa Manila ipa process papers ko? or Nasa manila na papers ko?

Saka, kelan ko ba dapat matanggap yung Choice of Agent (DS-3032)? Kasi wala pa ako natatanggap na kahit ano. At the same time, wala pa din daw natatanggap sil mother RE: Affidavit of Support

ang worry ko tuloy baka noon ko pa dapat natanggap pero di ko nakukuha communication since sa manila yung embassy tapos nandito ako sa Dubai (Note: Dubai address naman binigay nila nung nag pass sila ng I -130)

^sis from your previous post eh 2007 ang PD mo and MAR2000 palang ang current. diba dapat magkasama sa letter stating your case number tsaka yung DS3032? When your PD is about to become current, they will then send you the AOS. tama ba sis lyn?

Yun nga eh sis september, wala naman ako nakuhang letter. Nalaman ko lang yung case number ko dahil nag email ako sa nvc.

Dapat ba may nakuha na akong DS-3032? o pag current na ako saka lang lalabas lahat yan? Pilit ko kasi iniintindi dahil di din naiintindihan ng mother ko pati sis ko yung process... eh sila pa nga yung nandun. LOL!

Wala naman pala ako dapat intindihin for now. Basta wait lang na ma current ako.
Medyo nalito lang ako kasi nga dito sa Dubai ang address na nilagay nila for me tapos napunta ng Manila. Baka kako di ko mareceive mga correspondence.

@shoutingwind, your WAC number is your Receipt Number from USCIS. The MNL # is your NVC Case Number. It means: your papers is either still at NVC or being forward to US Embassy Manila. If sign in failed kana sa link that I provided meaning dyan eh tapos na kayo sa NVC process (case complete) and they will transferred your papers to USE Manila. Now, if your PD is still not current, your papers/case will be put in an ICE COLD BOX until such time na maging current na yung petition mo.

Try to ask your mom or sis if may nakuha ba silang email galing sa NVC. Ask them if they registered their email thru NVC kasi mas preffered nila mag communicate thru email kasi at mas mabilis din. Let them ask din if NVC already sent them for the next steps like the AOS fee and DS3032 form. Yan kasi yung next step if nandoon na sa NVC yung papers mo.

Ask ko din sayo, did your mom already paid for the AOS and IV Fee Bill bah or wala pa?

@kuruga, I think it's there baka na miss lang yan ng parents mo. Did they paid for AOS and IV Fee Bill na ba or wala pa? Kasi yung password to be able to pay online is yung Invoice ID Number.

@septembernine, Yup. Magkasama yung Case # at yung Form DS3032. Kung current na yung case mo, USE Manila or NVC (wherever yung papers nyo na) will gave you a letter/email for the next step. Sa case ng parents ko kasi yung NVC ang nag communicate samin kung ano na ang susunod at sila na din ang nag schedule sa Interview nila. I heared kasi sa iba doon sa visajourney na sa USE Manila na sila nagpa schedule sa interview.
