makisali lang muna. afaik, it's probable that a DNA test is conducted esp if the birth cert was not signed by the father. the US immig/embassy assigns the clinic to prove paternity. better the said certificate has the signature of the father on it. old photos of father & child can help too. case of one neighbor, all proofs of remittance were thrown in the bin. ang labo nila when it comes to this. good thing may natira pang mga letters ng correspondence ng father & children.

Hay naku ngayon pa lang worried na ako kung sino pa ba sa relatives ko sa US ang pwede ko gawin as joint sponsor bec im sure na father ko pag current na PD namin walang work na and lahat ng relatives namin sa US nag uwian na dito sa pinas    hindi naman kami close sa cousin ko dun sa US  Yun lang ang magiging problema ko so far & sa age ng anak ko  Ano kaya pwedeng gawin.. any suggestions mga sis?  TIA ...

I think yun mga lumang receipts nawala na kasi for the past years thru LBC Remittance yung card. Magdedeposit si dady dun tapos iwiwithraw ko dito dun sa card na pinadala nya. then recently nag sara na yun LBC. Naka Lucky Money remittance card na. Pwede kaya ako humingi ng receipts?

For the pictures wala naman siguro ako problema. Kasi madami kami pictures nung bata kami. Pati baptismal andun naman si dady. Nung nag HS nga lang ako wala na kasi 2nd year pa lang ako nagpunta na siya dun.

Yung birth cert ng kapatid ko walang pirma. siya pa naman yun minor pa lang.

@sis aien, yup sis nag PDOS talaga sila. A filipino citizen can't exit Philippines without the Pre-Departure Sticker (PDOS).

@sis kuruga, they are doing well naman. So far so good. Di pa sila na ho-homesick since 1 month pa lang naman sila dito. Anyway dami din naman mga pilipino dito nakakausap nila so they feel like sometimes they are like in the Philippines pa din.

Funny, yung mama ko gustong gustong mag watch ng baseball sports. Kasi yan daw kasi sports na linalaro nya noon. She's having a blast watching the Chicago vs Colorado game tonight. Haha I'm not really into sports kasi.

@sis m i k m i k, ahhh so nandoon yung name ng papa mo sa birt cert mo but wala sa youngest bro mo. I guess yung youngest bro mo ang kailangan mag presenta ng strong evidence na cya talaga ay papa nya.

@sis kuruga, about co-sponsor. Is your other family (sisters/brothers) not here sa US sis? They can sign as a co sponsor sis. Try mo e-ask yung cousin mo if okay lang sa kanya, and tell your cuz that for 5 years once you'll arrive here you'll promise not to be a burden and once you're illegible you apply to become a US citizen so your cuz won't be financially responsible to you. Yan kasi ang hesitation palagi ng co-sponsor eh. They will be responsible to you financially until you turn US Citizen, Go back to Philippines for Good and not just vacation or you turn dead.

Especially medical/eyes and teeth expense here are so expensive pa naman pag walang insurance but I bet when you're here naman may work na kayo nyan and will be financially independent. So yan ang selling point mo sa cuz mo na when you arrive here and pag nag work ka na di na cya ma momoblema sa sin-nign nya.

Weŕe still waiting pa din and praying but somehow the Lord already spoken to me na the request is not denied,only delayed for a very reason He could only knew.
Share ko lang: Yung sister in law ko na syang sponsor sa hubby ko said yesterday na buti daw di pa muna kami nakapunta sa states as of this time, kasi medyo mahina talaga economy,as the matter of fact-need isara ni sis-in law ang construction business nila. at marami silang kaibigan-american or filipino na na lay-off sa trabaho.
Only God knows whatś best for us to those who have faith in Him. Thatś why di nako malungkot ngayon bakit delay pa visa namin.

@sis aien, ahhh okay sis. May suggestion lang ako sis para ma entertain kayo at makapag lipad na before your visa expires on June 13. Tawagin mo yung US Embassy dyan sa Manila and sabihan mo ang sitwasyon mo. If hindi ikaw magtatawag, yung hubby mo patawagin at pagsabihan sila kailangan ma add ka sa slot na interviewhin, sabihan nyo nalang na tapos na yung sayo sa baby mo nalang. If they want an appearance/interview for the baby or not. Baka kasi okay lang sa kanila na wala.

^sis nagpunta ako u.s. embassy last wednesday. i told them the situation. she said since wala pa yung papers ng anak ko sa kanila, wala sila magagawa. pero the day before gumawa na ng sulat asawa ko sa NVC for expeditious processing ng papers at nakita nila yun sa embassy. they said we just have to wait kung maapprove yung pagexpedite. i told her kung puwede iextend visa ko and she said di sila nageextend. have to go back to zero pag gusto ko sumabay sa baby ko. as in medical and pay visa fee and interview again.
nvc has replied yesterday to my husband and said under review pa yung request namin for expeditious processing. and another email saying na as soon as an interview date has been scheduled, they will notify my husband.

so waiting pa rin kami  hopefully next week meron na.

Hopefully everything will be done by May na sis and you and baby can fly as soon as possible at hindi pa June 13, expired yung visa.

Since Case complete na kayo sa NVC, NVC will send all your papers to US Embassy there in Manila.

Next step will be medical and interview scheduling. And prepare all your docs to bring for your interview.

Thank you sis lyn!  Medyo malayo pa priority date ko, pero I'm thankful at case complete na. Once mg current na ako, at least medical and interview nalang.

Mga sis magtanong na lang din ako regarding sa Case Complete kung tama nga ba pagkaintindi ko.
Ganyan din yung case namin, di na kami maka log-in sa  NVC page, pero priority date namin F3 1996 pa. Does it mean na Case Complete na nga kami at yung papers namin nasa US Embassy Manila na, so pag nag current kami nasa medical and interview stage na kami? Pag naipasa na ba yung papel sa Embassy ibig sabihin approved na as in wala ng kawala yung petition namin,just waiting for issuance of visa here in Embassy Manila,right?
