Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative) Part 3

This thing stresses me out , mine is too complicated.  Im contemplating on hiring a lawyer, for the meantime, need your opinions din

Mom, is an LPR and petitioned me under f2b   last  Jul 1999. Im a month shy away from turning 21 nun.   I already have a case number starting with EAC --------.  Fast forward, mom passed away 2009. Good thing US have this humanitarian revalidation.  My kapatid who is in the  US navy took over, we submitted a reinstatement letter, birth cert and other pertinent docs na magpapakita ng relation namin.  Then  8 months after submitting that , upon checking the case  at the USCIS website, it says my case has been approved and forwarded to the  NVC/DOS for visa processing. Then just this month, may message ulit na  the Dept of State returned the case sa USCIS for further review. Ano kaya yun ? lalo ako naguluhan

di ko din alam ano gagawin ko, my bf and  I cant get married dahil nga sa conditions ng F2B. 12 years na din kami. minsan iniisip ko nga, wag na lang pansinin yung petition kasi madami na ako na sacrifice.

i also tried to apply for a tourist visa but the consul said i still have a pending petition and its strong. hay

sis nakaka relate ako sayo, mine lang baliktad kasi si bf ang naka petition and we are not getting any younger.  Sana maayos mo yung case mo and sana nga may mga need lang i verify tapus ok na din.  I will pray for you.

hello sis wait mo nalang ang petetion mo. pareho kayo ng case ng hubby ko..di muna kami nagpakasal dahil may pending petetion pa siya..kaya nag antay din kami ng 12 years bago approved ang petetion nya..kaya ngayon nasa u.s na siya ako na ang petetion niya.

ituloy mo na yan sis tutal nag antay ka na din ng matagal..mahirap na sa banda huli naisip mo na gusto mo pala makapunta sa u.s..

correct sis! sa august mag 32 na ako, may issue pa ako ng endometriosis so doble ang isipin.  Kaw ba anung age mo na? oh well I know God has His own plans and timing kaya tiwala na lang muna.  Kaya natin to.

Hello sis! Oo nga eh, ang masakit pa nag current na yung PD ko and then biglang nag retrogress na naman.

Sobrang excited din kami kasi akala namin finally mabuo ulit family namin.. hirap magkaka layo ha..

But let's keep our fingers crossed na hopefully bumilis ulit

So ang retrogression, parang balik sa square one? I mean if umayos ba to, mag jump ba ulit sa month before magretrogress or mag move lang unti unti ulit.. Thank you!

Sa pagkaka alam ko normal ang retrogression (as in it happens) pero kung anong rason, hindi ko pa din ma arok. LOL.

December 2007 ang PD ko eh. Sobrang asa ako na tatalon ng malaki yung VB every month. Para kasing every month 1 year halos ang tinatalon nila diba? So parang in 6 months to 1 year, posibleng current na ako. LOL!

Pero parang financial crisis lang yan. Pag tumaas na ng bongga ang bilihin at puro utang na ang mga tao, magka crash na. Reset. Hanggang ma stabilize ang market.

Siguro sobrang bilis ng movement nila, yung mga bagong LPR ... pasa na naman ng mga papers para sa mga relatives na gusto nila i petition. So para bumagal ang pasok ng papers ... nag retrogress sila... Yun intindi ko. LOL!!

Pero sabi sa mga ibang forums, by April to mid this year, mag stabilize na ulit at magkakaron na ng movement. Ayun... cross fingers at cross eyes na lang.

Hi Mga Sis.  Nasa F3 category ako.  Question lang, pag naka-receive na ako ng Immigration Visa Application Processing Fee Billing Invoice, what does it mean?  After I pay for it, what will happen next?

Also, I sent the documents of myself, hubby and son.  Pero yung invoice is only for myself and my son.  Why kaya wala yung kay hubby?  Sorry ha, tried to back read pero medyo na-lost ako sa terms...thanks in advance!

Oo nga sis major retro to, 5 years but after 5 months pala bumalik din sa 1990.. So sana ganito rin ang mangyari sa VB now, and sana bumalik na this month  Ang F2A kasi ganito nangyari now:

  Na shock din ako sa retrogression na yan, but I'm still hopeful. Pero need mag move on, actually na stuck ako dian.. Nanghihinayang ako bumili ng mga gamit dito, like household items, kasi akala ko malapit na.. pero ayun nag retrogress so medyo brokenhearted ako sis..  but now nag decide na lang ako na move on lang, ayoko na isipin.. hehe
